By recommendation of doctor Karayan i visit here and i had a very successful surgery plus i had my 60 days of physical therapy in his office, i can not emphasize enough how happy i am to find this doctor and his crew..he is honest and good..i will recommend him to anyone who need his expertise...
excellent doctor very honest, good crew and good manners.. recommended from someone who had a successful surgery performed by this good man...
I am only giving 1 star because you cant do less and still rate them. WORST experience ever. Unprofessional, cattle call of an office. I waited almost 2 HOURS to be seen. Waiting room overflowed into hallway. I was placed on a rickety chair in the XRAY room to wait. Dr did not review mri or results - told me my bones needed to be “shaved” down. Huh? When I said no thank you his response was you’ll come back when pain doesn’t go away. Clearly only in it for the $$$$. HMO sends you here but if you’re smart demand a second opinion. This place is terrible.
This office is better than Koreatown. The Dr tries to be as informative as he can be. He's very calming.. The office staff here may be better in Glendale but the waits are still long still. Something they should work on. But this place is Slightly better than the other. The PT wasn't as good as other places. The office in Koreatown made a couple big mistakes with my information that was disruptive and stressful at a time when I was in a lot of pain and my brother had just passed away and even though it was worked out at first I was made to feel awful and that there was no solution when the solution was easy. The doctor is good and as I said he can be calming but my over all experience here was lacking. Another thing I should add is the Dr only did an xray but my other surgeon at my spine surgery noted my leg was in bad shape and said I needed an mri. So I got a second opinion. It turns out I had an MCL sprain, hamstring and patella tendinitis, fluid, and inflammation which wasn't seen in the xray Dr Lee ordered so I was in agony. Also the new Dr said I needed a brace and if PT isn't successful I'll need surgery. I spent 4 months in agony needlessly. I think Dr Lee does good surgery but it just feels like the office staff are not on top of things and there's so many patients that wait times are bad and attention to detail goes out the window which can result in things being missed.
I came to Leo orthopedic after going to another orthopedic surgeon in Sherman Oaks. That was just the worst. I was afraid when I came here that it was too late to fix my finger because it had been months since the injury. The doctor was very nice. Very informative and Kristen the physical therapist has done wonders. My finger is almost completely back to normal normal.
Had a surgery scheduled for meniscus repair when I spoke to dr he gave me two possible outcomes he either stitches it together or he gives me replacement. He reiterates the possible outcome right before the surgery. When I wake up he decides to just completely remove my meniscus without me knowing then they hide behind the medical terms in essence what I was told and trusted the doctor to do he lied about and set me up for knee replacement surgery down the line. I'm beyond mad and currently seeking legal advice be careful what you sign don't trust what he says will be what he does completely fucked me over now I have no meniscus when I thought because he said he was going to fix not REMOVE.. HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE SCENARIO...
There are two negative reviews for this business. If you read them - it seems like they would only be happy with state of the art facilities with very happy people. Not every place can be that. (The staff were all happy and helpful) Sure - u have to pay $2 for parking if you don't get a street spot. Blame the city, not this business that is part of a few buildings that have limited spots. The city tore down some successful business and a lot of parking to allow condos above shops to move in. Dr Daniel helped me out and he was fine. Sure he might have offered some advice that I disagreed with but I'm not going to tear him down for that. I got xrays. He tested my acl and offered an MRI if in 6 months I experienced any weakness or other new symptoms. Great. I've had 5 or 6 ACL reconstructions (all different Dr.s) - so I'm pretty experienced with the whole thing. It's more important to get the surgery right - so pay attention to any of those reviews when they come up. The waiting room was packed and moved quickly - so I think they're probably doing great. Many of them older - so I doubt they're into reviewing on Yelp. Thank you
Bad service, bad attitude,if you're Korean service is good,if you're not, good luck, staff is unprofessional,dr Lee has attitude rude,
Th8s is a shockingly overcrowded and overbooked and inefficient office. The waiting room was so crowded at my first appointment that people were waiting in the hallway. There were 6 people ahead of me although I arrived on time. I rescheduled, only to have trouble canceling the appointment. I called multiple times, was put in hold endlessly or was told that the mailbox was full. If everything is this much of a mess before the appointment, I shudder to think what the medical care is like.
Sitting in their office as I write this. This place is horrible. The patients around me have been waiting far past their appointment times, upwards of an hour. Every single receptionist is a mess -- they never have answers to questions, they speak low and as the other poster mentioned they openly lack any sympathy. The place charges patients for parking validation -- 2 dollars (and you still ave to pay at the gate when you leave. I suggest street parking. This is a follow up appointment to check my MRI. The coordination between the MRI location and Lee's office was a mess. They don itching to help resolve confusions or complications. At my first appointment I had to repeat multiple times my issue as the doctor told me to "stretch." I'm a runner with some pain in my right leg and plantar fasciitis. I stretch. I'm fit. I excessive. I know my body. It took me being very assertive for the doctor to listen to me. This place is terrible. Find another option!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
