Poor communication and an obvious focus on billing over patient care. I had blood work done four months ago and still haven’t been able to go over my results. I’ve called 3–4 times a week and left voicemails whenever the inbox wasn’t full. My insurance was charged immediately, yet the referral I urgently needed arrived about four months late. It felt like a retail counter, not a doctor’s office; overall a terrible experience.

So glad to find this office and Lusine Agekyan- her great reviews are justified. You can tell when someone is truly passionate not just about sick care, but getting you to your best self, and that describes her. The entire staff was really nice and competent, low wait time, and excellent smooth blood draw. MS. Agekyan intuited labs that other doctors didn't think of and gave hands-on care.

Dr. B is fantastic if you can get an appointment with him, but if it is an appointment within a week, you will see the nurse. That’s fine. I have hard veins and I’ve had to get a lot of blood work at this office. The blonde woman double stuck me with the same needle. And even though she couldn’t find a vein, she went in deep on my arm. I told her I didn’t feel safe with her doing that and she didn’t seem to speak English and did it anyway. I don’t her to remove the needle now. Her practice was dangerous and reckless. My whole arm has tingling nerve pain up to my shoulder blade and I’m struggling to move it. My husband was there and saw the whole thing. In prior times she wouldn’t draw blood from my hand because it would be extremely painful for me, even though I’ve only gotten blood draws from my hands, my whole life, and I don’t experience pain during it. She managed to miss anyway and hurt me severely while never reaching the vein. I almost went unconscious. There is a brunette nurse that also double stuck me, but is able to draw blood swiftly

I always have a very good experience at LibertyMed. Dr. B and Dr. Ara are both extremely professional and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, and well kept. I am happy that I am their patient and would recommend this facility to anyone that needs a Doctor.

I just had my first annual check up and LibertyMed Health Group in Glendale. I have to say that everybody was incredibly warm and friendly and they were very efficient. I absolutely love my new doctor, who was just lovely to spend time with and she genuinely took and interested in my health, family and life. I always have trouble giving blood for tests, and the doctor offered to help personally but wasn't needed as Anais nailed the draw on the first time and it was completely painless! This is my new favorite medical facility, I just wish I had a good excuse to come back again sooner and see everybody again. I can't recommend this practice enough as I've lived in many different parts of LA and this is clearly the best experience I've had anywhere.

Couldn't be happier with the care I was provided at this office. I had a great experience with the NP Lusine during my recent physical. She actually took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and made sure I felt completely comfortable the entire time. Nowadays it's rare to find a provider who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate to their patients. Staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend this office!

Had a wonderful experience with LibertyMed. Everyone with the group was professional, competent, and easy to work with. The front desk was smoothly run, and the nurses were caring and had big smiles. Glad to have Dr. Ara Shafrazian. He was attentive and caring when addressing my questions, and provided in-depth explanation and testing services. Dr. Ara and Arthur are beyond amazing . They are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. Every visit feels personal, as they truly take the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. The level of care I’ve received is outstanding, and I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. The staff is also friendly and professional, making the entire experience seamless. I feel fortunate to have such a dedicated and skilled doctor looking after my health.

Dr. Ara Shafrazian is knowledgeable, compassionate and professional.Office is very clean and calm.
