Optum - Glendale's Online Review Report Card

Had a terrible experience here. Have tried to get them to call me back and no luck. After getting a hold of customer service I get transferred to the Glendale location and I'm put on hold for 30 min each time and no one ever ends up answering. Super disappointing when I'm trying to get important medication for my son and I can't even get a hold of a doctor now he's suffering. Do better

Worst service ever. How can you not answer a phone call. When people need their medication and have been “transferred” multiple times. Don’t come here

This place is a total nightmare. It's unbelievable that they are allowed to operate this way. Making an appointment took a month of calling multiple times and being put on hold for up to an hour before finally getting through to a human. Their app/patient portal is a joke and has been broken for 2 months now. The office staff who answer the phone are incompetent and don't give a crap about you. You will experience delays with getting referrals and scheduling procedures. Communication on their end is nonexistent. The doctor I met with was lovely but not worth the stress of dealing with the rest of this place, and Optum itself.

I absolutely love Optum of Glendale! The entire team — doctors, nurse practitioners, and staff — are always wonderful, thoughtful, and considerate. They take the time to listen and truly care about their patients. The office is always clean, welcoming, and very friendly. I always feel well cared for and appreciated every time I visit. Highly recommend!

I am always impressed with the services received at Optum Glendale. I just had another appointment with Ramin Ram, M.D., Dermatology. As always, he is very knowledgable, very friendly, and he takes the time to listen to me and understand my concerns. I never feel rushed. Jessica and Stephanie are friendly, always professional, and very welcoming. LuLu at the front desk was, as always, very helpful. Another plus, is having my Primary Doctor (Helen Metroupous - who is wonderful) and Dermatologist, Dr. Ram, in one location. I just recommended my friend that she sign up and she did. I highly recommend this facility.

this place needs to vanish they suck there rude people at front counter Doctor's are lousy. i don't like optum this is why they only care about there greedy pockets not your health prioriy this is why they are closing down there offices they lost membership !

The absolutely worst customer service. In months of being with this office I have been able to reach someone at the front desk ONE time (despite staying on hold for over an hour). How is this an operational/functional place? It is impossible to either schedule or cancel an appointment. Have never had such a bad patient care experience.

Very Long wait, my husband had an appointment at 3:00 and it’s 3:45 and reception said it’ll be a few minutes and now it’s 4:00 and nothing yet.

Very very unhappy. I feel they all about how to make money vs. patients health. I even called my insurance company and asked them to change my health group.
