I will update this review with more specific details but l have had the worst experience with the financial consultant named Letty (Leticia). She made mistakes on my finances and got so defensive when I asked her to rectify the situation. She was rude, sarcastic, and hung up on me. What kind of professional business treats their patients this way? Not to mention, spent $21K with nothing to show for it. My current clinic states this place has the worse stats in the country. I wish I knew of this before spending out of pocket money here. Very disappointed.

This is a deeply personal review. After a history of miscarriages, including after doing an IUI, I figured it was time to try something new. I am very lucky because my job's insurance covers part of IVF. Pacific Reproductive Center was in network, and after talking with different doctors and centers, I chose them. Working with an IVF center, you work with a whole team. Of course there's the doctor, very important, you have to trust the person whose going to be recommending your meds, but there's also the person at the front desk, the finance people, and the people who take your blood (who you will see a lot of). I loved the entire team at the Glendale office, and when I had to go to the Torrance office, they were great too. IVF was a long, at times physically and definitely emotionally taxing. Our first two retrievals and fertilizations, we didn't get a single normal embryo and that was so hard. But the team helped us through the third round (egg retrieval, creation of the embryos and genetic testing which I highly recommend and doing the expensive cooper genomics if you have a history of miscarriages) and we got several normal embryos. Once we had a normal embryo, my daughter took on the first transfer! It was so exciting to "graduate" after 10 weeks and move over to my OB. I would not have my daughter without Dr. Salem and the team at pacific reproductive center so I am forever grateful to them.

Terrible experience from the welcoming, hospitality, communication, accommodations, and mainly expertise. Very unprofessional and only cares about taking your money. Two cycles here with no success. There are so many other fertility clinics out there.

The type of care was stellar. Akira provided me with the answers I needed and Dr. Salem was very informative. If you need fertility Care, they even provide Saturday appointments for those of us full- time workers. Reccomend.

Unfortunately bad and untrusted

Thank you team PRC in Glendale for making my dream come true! Going through this journey is not easy but the team was extremely supportive. Couldn’t have done it without you.

The staff were all very friendly and professional, wait times were pretty quick for appointments, we try IUI for 2times failed , finnaly we doing IVF first try and success; the whole team is very thorough and informative. Of course I had a ton of questions throughout the IVF process and all my questions were answered right away or within a prompt amount of time. I am so thankful for the experience and their help to grow our family, thank u so much ❤️❤️❤️

The staff were all very friendly and professional, wait times were pretty quick for appointments, occasionally you would have a Bit of a longer wait time but that’s expected once in awhile. Having 6 failed IUI’s we were fortunate enough to be able to speak with their financial dept. and work out the pricing on IVF, first try and success; the whole team is very thorough and informative. Of course I had a ton of questions throughout the IVF process and all my questions were answered right away or within a prompt amount of time. I am so thankful for the experience and their help to grow our family ❤️.

Can't someone on the phone be a little nicer? More professional maybe? We had been trying to make an appointment for quite some time now but every time we called the rep on the phone was so rude... Rosie get a new job .. This job don't suit u at all.... You speaks like a thug and sounded quite intimidating for a fertility office. I have not been to your office yet and I'm already having bad feeling about this. And now that I'm Checking your review i guess I'll be cancelling my appointment. If the customer service on the phone sounded shady chances are they are shady.
