Courteous attentive staff. Phenomenal Dr La Porte gave us detailed insight regarding my mother’s condition and treatment options. Among the very finest specialists ever experienced. All five stars are very well deserved.
I found Dr. Duron's staff to be more than helpful. My PCP was suddenly switched from straight Medical to a Group plan and I was assigned Dr. Duron as my new PCP. As a result of Medical, I lost two doctors critical to my cancer treatment. Duron's staff was more than helpful and friendly and bend over backwards with advice as to how to switch to group that will accept all of my favorite doctors. Dr. Duron himself was highly knowledgable, competent, took all the time I needed to educate me.
I went with my brother for his appointment to see Dr. Duron and was very impressed by Dr. Duron and his staff. He seemed to genuinely care about my brother's care, and answered all of our questions. When we had concerns about insurance, he brought the office insurance specialist into the room and discussed our options with us. It meant a lot to me and my brother for him and all of the office staff to take the time to explain things to us so efficiently.
He points his finger and said SIT like I am a dog i’m A 60 years old man,the first time I saw him was for pain on my face and he said I will refer you to an ENT AFTER 3 weeks I called the office they said oh we forgot I went to him he told me couple weeks so if I did not called him I would be forgotten then I told him since last visit I fell my liver got larger he start arguing with me for 15 minutes all he had do a simple physical exams even I tooled him I’m a doctor.i Find another doctor .
Office refused to schedule me to have my eye checked out after an eye infection. Said that according to their records I was not current with my HealthNet payments which was not true. When i said I would call Healthnet to straighten this out, the receptionist told me that they could still not accept me and that it would take a week to get this sorted out. I called HealthNet and they verified my account as current. They tried to call the office 3 times when I was on hold but they did pick up.
