One of my most positive experiences with a health care provider. The entire experience, from the first phone call to my visit, was handled by staff that were courteous, professional, and extremely competent. The highlight was without a doubt Liya Sarkisyan, NP. She was the one who saw me and I was so impressed with her thoroughness and compassionate. Even though we were discussing difficult things, her kindness and care created a very comfortable and open environment. I left feeling empowered and informed about best practices and next steps. Highly, highly recommend. Wish all providers had gems like Liya!

Friendly staff, clean office and didn’t feel rushed during visit with doctor.

I saw DR BABAKHANIAN once for maybe 2 minutes and he never listened to any of my concerns and although seemed to have a good manners he didn’t do anything. I waited months to see him and he only took 2 minutes out of his time to talk to me and hear my history. He only wanted a test. No history to help missed diagnoses. He didn’t even call me for my test results and on the phone was just as dismissive with my past history. His office staff was nice. What’s the use of having a history of illnessees that could be masked by antibiotics. Altogether I hunk I had a total of 5 min conversation with him.

A very professional staff,But more so a staff extremely dedicated to the profession a very genuine and caring trait ,It was a pleasure seeing a Master at her craft and also had on some very comfortable shoes 👞!

I was very Fortunate to have been referred to Doctor Babakhanian by one of my primary doctors. I feel like my prayers where answered honestly. I have been going through a very hard time, with my health. I needed to find a GI that can get me through this difficult procedure as I already had a stent in for over a month and if you believe in prayer I was fortunate to get that prayer answered. He took a stent out and a stone that was already giving me a hard time physically. Doctor Babakhanian truly cares for his patients, he was so kind and humble before the procedure. On my way to recovering and getting my life back… I’m forever grateful to Lea, Dr Babakhanian and Nelia for helping me out. He has a team that really cares! I had a routine colonoscopy (I'm a 45yo woman - the new recommended screening age is 45) with Dr. Babakhanian a few days ago and the whole procedure and experience went well. His office ladies were very nice, his nurse was very nice and helpful in the pre-appointment, and Pasadena Colonoscopy center (where he performed the procedure) was great. Dr. Babakhanian was on time for the procedure, very nice and I had no complications at all (no issues). I do not need another screening for 10 years so that's great news.

Dr. Babakhanian is one of the most caring and kind doctors around. He is patient, listens to all your questions and gives you information. He has a great bedside manner even during procedures. He also has an amazing office staff which is a must for any doctor's office in my opinion. I've been talking to Nairi and Nelia, and they both are very nice, kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Babakhanian.

Dr. B has a knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring personality and patient-doctor relationship. His office is very attentive and I appreciate the patient portal and digital reminders. He subscribes to the philosophy of doing the least invasive procedures first, which I appreciate.
