I had my wisdom teeth extracted at this office & I highly recommend it! Dr. Kim, Hannah, and the rest of the staff were amazing & made the whole experience so comfortable. I haven’t felt any pain or discomfort since the procedure and the office called me the following day to check in on me! Again, I highly recommend this office & its amazing staff :)

From the moment I walked in everyone was helpful. I ended up getting 3 extractions. Everything was explained in full and clearly from the X-rays to the payment. Dr Kim was wonderful, I didn’t feel a thing!!! And they knew how nervous I was. Connie keep me calm and explained everything that was going to happen step by step. After it was over she took time explaining to my son the after care. They sent me home with a few things for my post-operative care, and I have to say the Slushy was the best!!! Day after I’m feeling good I was even able to go back to work. Thank you Dr Kim and the whole crew!!

Starting with my greet before surgery with the Dr assistant , I think her name is Connie, she was an angel who kept me calm and she patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was ok before the surgery. Sorry if I got your name wrong but if you see this review I want to sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart. Now with Dr Kim, He was very patient with me , professional and most of all the procedure he did of extracting 2 molar was surprisingly quick and close to painless. It was a procedure far from what I imagined it might be. It was So quick I didn’t realize my teeth was out until he showed me. He is a very skilled and talented . Dr Kim, you saved my life and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ 🙏

I needed emergency surgery and found this group in my network of providers. I called the Upland office and spoke with the manager who moved quickly to get me into a facility asap. I was sent to the Glendora facility and automatically noticed how clean it is, the staff acknowledged my presence right away and handled my registration in a very professional and welcoming manner. Dr. Kim was very patient and empathetic explaining all that I needed to know before the procedure. He and his assistants worked in a very cohesive manner, going over my history and medications to make sure there would be no problem. As he performed the procedure he let me know what to expect in advance, he was finished before I realized it, no pain! After the procedure his assistant gave me very thorough instructions on how to care for my gums and teeth. Everyone was very nice and very patient. I couldn't have found a better dental surgery group.

I am a new patient and needed emergency surgery.  The office manager in the Upland office moved quickly to get me into a facility for the surgery I needed. The Glendora facility was very clean, the staff was very professional and quick to acknowledge my presence. Dr. Kim was very empathetic, took time to explain the procedure and he and his staff worked together in a cohesive manner, going over my history and medications to make sure there would be no problems. The surgery was with a local anesthetic, was painless and didn't take long at all.  I am very pleased to have found this group of dental surgeons and will continue to be a patient in the future.

Took my son in to get wisdom teeth extracted. And the whole process even going through covid was smooth from beginning to end. I was offered a waiting room to myself or to wait in the car. Dr. Kim came in and explained the whole surgery thoroughly before. I was also explained in detail the cost and what portion my insurance would pay. Towards the end Connie was great and so patient with my son and explained in detail what to do after surgery. As a plus a also received a phone call from Dr Kim checking on how my son was doing.

From the time I arrived until I was done with my procedure, the staff were very nice and helpful. I dredge having my wisdom teeth removed as I'm afraid of dentist 😅. But the staff were very friendly and informative. Dr. Kim explained my issues and recommendations very carefully and in an easy language that you can understand (no heavy medical terms 🤣). While I was being prep for my extraction, the staff were so nice and made me feel at ease...And even played my BTS songs 👏👏👏. After the procedure, the staff gave me and my husband instructions after surgery and gave me slushy/smoothie. I am impressed that I felt no pain or bruising even after the numbing was gone. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kim and his staff. Forgive me for not remembering names..but I believe the staff that helped me were Connie and Consuelo.

I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and everyone was so prepared and so caring and let you know the process of everything.They put me to sleep didn’t fell anything and right when the procedure was done they gave you a smoothie and they give you ice packs to take home and extra supplies to take home. I was very impressed with this office and if you need to get your wisdom teeth out go here they make you feel so comfortable and make sure your okay.

I was dealing with a painful tooth, and the team was great in helping to get me in that same day! Appreciate the attention and care they provided!
