La atencion es buena, pero no entiendo porque te Dan una cita a una especially hora y todavia te dicen que tienes que llegar 15 minutes antes y nunca te atienden ala hora acordada siempre hacen esperar mucho tiempo eso no esta bien deben tener en cuenta que todos vivimos ocupados y tenemos cosas importantes que hacer no vivimos con el horario de ellos.

The best staff, now!!!this ship is under great management. I went in as a walk in and wasn't expecting to be seen as I was turned away from Eastside dental over and over again all staff is great and know what they are doing, getting patients in getting patients out satisfied 100 percent ...

What a huge improvement. I stopped going to this location a couple of years back due to the fact that some of the workers would openly gossip and talk about others in front of patients. One worker would talk so loud and laugh so annoyingly, making my visit uncomfortable. Today I see lots of new faces, more professional and quiet. I feel more better coming here. I'm very impressed with the improvements.

Took my neighbor there who’s lower plate cracked. She’s elderly and on limited income. They were great helping her and at a very affordable cost! All were very polite there

Goleta Neighborhood Dental Clinic was great. We took our BabyGurl Angelinah Forever who is 4 last week to her very first Dentist visit. They are very friendly, professional and nice. Thank you y'all. Blessings

Everyone at this Dental Clinic have been amazing. I went there when i was in extreme molar pain and needed to get a root canal asap. I looked everywhere and most dentist could not take me in because they had a waiting list. The front desk employees where so helpful and able to get me in the next day. Since that day my appointments have been fabulous and the dr's explain everything so well. I had gone to another dentist first and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for things i did not need to get done. I am so happy i found Goleta Neighborhood Dental Clinic and i would recommend all my friends and family!

My son and I both have a very large fear of dentists. For whatever reason this very unique office has totally put us at ease. At first I was hesitant while in the cafeteria style waiting room, but the work done and the way they treat you, is very respectful, pleasant and professional. Explain everything, work with your budget, and get you in and out quick. There's no snotty office assistants, or chemical/pungent dentist smells in the air. I will continue to go here as long as I can.

Horrible Service, I went in with a broken tooth, nerves exposed and they didn't do a thing to help me! didn't even give me something to hold the remaining tooth together like dental wax, or check to see if I had an infection, to prescribe antibiotics. Totally failed me, it was a waste of a trip! They Told me to make another appt to come back but everyone was at lunch so I called later that day to make the appt by phone and they were going to have me have to wait for the next avail appt which was more than 6 weeks out. I was going to make a formal complaint with my insurance carrier, but since they never sent in the claim to be paid, there was no proof I was ever even there. Terrible service, no privacy for the patients, sit right next to the next person on either side. Go elsewhere, they just don't care about the client.
