Dr. Hattenbach has a friendly, professional office demeanor. He is clearly interested in my choices for my healthcare, providing pros and cons and some statistical evidence for possible outcomes. He is willing to listen to any concerns, and articulate in communicating medical information in understandable terms. He looks directly at me and not just staring at the computer! He personally called me to explain lab results. I am happy to have a physician with his combined personality/expertise at this stage of my life. And the supporting staff is excellent.
