My daughter had a great experience here. They were extremely friendly and they did a great job. Her braces came off today and I am very pleased with the results. We will be coming back for our younger child

Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. The facility is super clean and professional. They are absolutely AMAZING!!! If you're looking for an orthodontist don't look any further!

My son got his braces from them and within 3 weeks his bracket/wire came off 4 times! It is such an inconvenience since he has to skip his school and I have to take an off from my work apart from the discomfort that my son has to go through. We even pointed this out and still it keeps happening again and again. He had a different orthodontist before and this would not happen this frequently. I called their emergency line and Andy told me to wait till Monday to take an appointment! He couldn’t provide me an email to escalate At this point I’m very frustrated with their services Edit: 10/29/2022 It’s been a year and the wire has come off more than 15 times. Think about all the frustration and pain that we have to go through. A lot of times this has happened because they clipped the wire too short and it comes off. They don’t respond on their emergency number. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
