I went in at 10:30 to do a rapid COVID test. The nurse and the young lady on the phone said I would get my results within 30mins. I wasn’t seen until 1pm, again I asked how soon would I receive the results since I’m paying $140 the nurse said 30mins. I called then at 2:45pm to see when I would receive my results, the lady over the phone said everyone would receive their results at 3pm. It’s now 4:12pm and I haven’t received anything. Beware the billing department, they are running behind and sent out collection a notice even AFTER we paid the bill. We paid twice for the same visit just to avoid going to collections and they still can't sort it out after many calls going on months.

The customer service was ass and the man  at the front desk was rude and acted like I didn't have insurance because I didn't have my physical card. He told me he could use a photo but after I got one he said he couldn't. I thought afcs were better or at least they are in Portland

Stay away from this place, I couldn't believe the doctor here seems like he needs to retire. I felt like it was a waste of time and he was rushing me out. It's a joke of a place. Very unorganized staff. If you're really concerned about something then go elsewhere but it should be sufficient for minor things.

AMAZING URGENT CARE!! I was immediately given paperwork and then taken in a few minutes later. I was quickly diagnosed and had my prescription sent over to my pharmacy. After having an awful experience at the urgent care in Chatsworth, this place really saved me. Thank you!!

I love this place. Ive been here 4 times with 4 different issues and I have left the place either 100% fixed or prescribed the correct medication and diagnosis to fix my issue within days.Also, they normally see me within 10-15 minutes and are friendly and professional.Keep up the amazing work!

Do Not Go to this Urgent Care! My insurance paid for all four of my visits and they sent me to collections and now I have to file a lawsuit to have the items removed. Save yourself the trouble - do not trust them!

this is the worst urgent care i have ever been to. i went in for a uti and they did nothing but give me azo pills and i still have symptoms. i wasted my time and money.

Last time here before covid everyone was great. This time i strongly not recommend to come in if you need something simple bc they want to obtain a lot of history information plus lots of blood work in order to provide you with a simple medication. Nurse practioner Christina claims that she doesn't feel comfortable providing a prescription that you have already being taking for years if you can't provide that information on the spot.Her assessment doesn't involve listening to your lungs or heart, or anything at all. BP, saturation, heart rate, temp. Taken by someone else. She doesn't ask anything pertaining the medication you need. She wants you to provide a clean bill of health before prescribing your same old medication taken for years.Never again I will come back. Worst urgent care AliveWorst billing department I have been medical billing for 9 years and I have never seen people do it the way they doMy daughters claim was denied and they failed to re submit, failed to help, failed to respond and communicate about situation and said "figure it out with collections"Never go ever as they are literally the worst place The billing department is rude as hell and I never dealt with more difficult people IN MY LIFE!
