Driving to this health care facility was definitely worth the trip of getting a little lost. All of the personnel treated my father and I with respect and made us feel like we were humans, unlike another certain Indian Health care facility...

Awesome staff, clean and well presented facility. Nothing but good things to be expected when visiting. I was so happily surprised that I could take care of a majority if not all of my family medical needs. All Natives should come and utilize this precious resource.

I am not sure I have ever had such a great experience dealing with health care professionals; however, this team of people have changed that view.I have brought my family in for health care, we continuously get follow up calls (son was really sick) and they always offer guidance or support. So glad I found this place. Not to mention they are more than willing to go out of the way to make sure we have what we need and offer any assistance available if not.

They've rescheduled my appointment since January. I've been waiting 7 months to get checked by a doctor, nothing.

I absolutely love this new facility ! The Doctors and nurses are very kind and listen well.The RX staff is the best, during the height of the pandemic they would run out to your car to deliver your prescription! The staff is always helpful , the pre screening is quick. I have never had an issue getting appointments and always get reminders of pending appointments. The dentistry department has always been professional and helpful from the receptionists to the Hygienists to the Dentists. In a hostel world it is very nice to see a group of professionals who truly care about your wellbeing!  THANK YOU !

this place is great nice new buildings lots of parking all medical services most people need in one spot all while being under crowded most days. it is true about some of the reception workers they do have a (permafemalecanineface) face but they deal with natives all day id like to see anyones face after that tall order and these poor ladies do it day after day so they are ok by me for the great skills it takes to interact with the patient population here i mean patients are bad enough to listen to but now you have a patient who talks low and little dosent want to be there most likely and runs on indian time too! hek na id be done and btw im all the above myself. as far as mr race and ethnicties comment about everyone being native hes azzcrak wrong as typical anyone can come here if u have iehp welcome cmon down they got dental,xray,mentalhealth,eyecare with lenses and frames to choose,ultrasounds, general medicine ,diabetes care ,elder services, transportation, community services, podiatrist, women doctors, kid doctors, some good doctors and some crap ones to liven it up unless you prefer a P.A and the pa's were right on last i saw one. o yes and the best of all the pharmacy who really kicks but customer service wise despite what simpletons say. this place is like a mini kaiser but much nicer cuz youll see some natives while your at it and theyl remeber you if you go enough you can bring any counter argument but itll be so weak cuz this place is top level in grand terrace of all places which is another benefit you dont have to go to sorry highland anymore 100/10 score from me thanks native medical reservation place i love your campus you all do a great job and  remember its federally funded so any one can go if you have the iehp or other insurance of which im not sure only iehp is for sure from me. try em out its the hella convenient spot and you can get native health coverage if you from any tribe not just the all wise and wonderful san manuel natives of which are superb examples of top level people in everyway everyday never met one i didnt like a wonderful part of this planet we are lucky they live here in california thier generousity is only the beginning of thier wonderful dispositions may the san manuels continue for ever and ever amen.

Went to get the vaccine for Covid-19 and these guys at San Manuel had it together very well coordinated and well thought out in and out very efficient can't say enough good things about how easy it was to get vaccinated this place is a Godsend. They're also making sure you're hydrated giving you bottled waters and popcorn made you feel at ease and they had doctors on site making sure you were able to get their vaccination. If you're able to get vaccinated there I suggest you do it it's a great place to have it done.

The doctors are professional and the clinics show high attention to orderliness and cleanliness. Support staff is amazing.

Native Clinic.  I love this facility, the staff and especially the Doctors.  Dr. Sinha is very understanding and dedicated to your well being...she really cares for her patients.  The Vision Center is top notch!!!

No issues, I commit to my appointments. Able to get regular appointments. Dr's and staff are helpful.
