I've been going to this clinic for over a year now. I really wish I could stop going like right now! I can't because my dose was super high. I'm tapering now and hopefully I can transfer to a different medication. A medicine I'm allowed to take home with me. The clinic supposedly will let me hold on to my medicine at some point. But for now they expect me to come here every single day of my life so they can dose me. I understand doing it at first to get someone stable but after a few months its inhumane. I work full time. I have to try and run down there every morning at 5 am so I can get dosed before work. Every single day! Then on weekends, they are only open from 7 am to 9am. So if I decide to rest,no dose. And when I do make it down there, usually there is 20 people waiting. It really makes me uncomfortable. I want my privacy when it comes to my health issues. Clinics every where need to adopt new strategies and especially Aegis. I will say it again for the MFs in back, they expect me to come down there every single day. I want my freedom back.
