I love Dr. Chang!! He is the nicest doctor and he has an excellent staff of nurses who are friendly and make you feel very comfortable and a lot less nervous. I couldn't believe how quickly my Colonoscopy was over. I went in at 8:45 am and I was full dressed and out the door at 9:30 am. I got two follow-up calls from the staff and all is well in my world. Thank you Dr. Chang and your excellent staff!

Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr Chang since we moved to GV 9 years ago. We have found him to be respectful, competent and caring. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I met with Dr. Chang, at least, 4 times and have been uncomfortable with him. Every time we met, I would sit beside the desk and he would (without my permission) place his stethoscope around my chest & abdomen area and then give my side a squeeze in the end. When I confronted him, he said that they were "examinations" and he did them for "billing purposes." Very inappropriate & disrespectful. My other doctors (incl. past gastroenterologists) have never examined or treated me that way.

Dr. Chang performed my 3rd colonoscopy in of my life, and it was by far the best experience for this procedure. All the staff involved in the process were congenial, helpful, thorough and efficient. It was over before I knew it (thanks to the twilight anesthesia) and I had zero complications or side affects. Thanks for taking such good care of me.

Our family have been patients of Dr. Chang for 20 years. Would not hesitate to recommend him.and his team of GI professionals. He is highly competent, personally engaging, thorough, accessible, and compassionate. You know he has thought about your individual situation before he recommends procedures or referrals. This team of GI's even gets patients referred from Sacramento area GI practices. We're lucky to have such competence in our rural medical environment.
