This dude litteraly helped ruin my life. I've been married to my wife for 20 years. Since we were kids. She went Into Dr. Gill's office to give a pre-employment drug screen for a senior living g center she was excited to work at, and Doctor Gill hired her in his office instead. Her first day of work she called me from the parking lot to tell me he'd sent her to clean his Tesla. "All the new girls have to do it," she told me. She was supposed to be a medical assistant, not a maid. He had her Making his lunch salads and God k own what else. I was disgusted at a man of his status using my wife that way while selling a dream of a career in the medical field. When they started issuing fake covid vaccine cards, I emailed Dr. Gill. When they tried to falsify SSI paperwork for my 19 year old son, I had a fit, because he can work just fine. I just didn't like how he was treating MY AMERICAN WIFE, like a prostitute or a piece of property. She was later coerced into filing g a restraining order against me if she wanted to keep her job. She was told to leave me, or leave the job. She told Gill and co-workers we were separated, but we weren't. Now we are. She was a different person before going to work for Doctor Gill. I don't even know her anymore. And she's gone. Thanks a lot kuldip.

Dr. Gill has been my physician for over 20 years always been on top of my most care and referrals if needed medications if needed yes him and his staff they take you personal they get to know you I know your quirks they know your personalities they are total team of help great job

Dr Gill is of the Grass Valley Extended Care group. 4.5 years ago I had adept MD, Dr. Kulkarni. 1.5 years later he moved to Southern CA. Since then I have had to change MDs in this group 4 times and am now treated by an RNP at Dr. Jeremy Frost's office- I like her for her approach to holistic medicine. Being a PHN myself, she is a relief. I have asked many times to get an online pay site. 95% of all my bills are paid online- I am sure many other patients would like to have that service available... Not sure why it takes so long. It certainly would relieve the staff from having to take or make calls instead of taking care of patients and shortening the time of waiting to be seen... This is not a staff problem, this is a managerial decision problem. I rate the present service with 4 stars for my overall care. If certain procedural changes took place to improve speed and accuracy of paperwork and bill paying,,, that would get a 5.

If I could suggest to my patients, I would tell them to find someone else. He doesn't take the time to actually talk to patients. They are just a number to him and he just throws medication at them. Also, I worked there and he doesn't care to listen to employees. The other girls who worm there are extremely rude and unkind. I "liked" maybe 2 of them and when I asked questions, they sounded irritated when I first started working there. I always dreaded going to work. The only good thing was most of the patients. Also, they don't know how to train. It was a very hostile work environment. So glad I got out of there. DO NOT GO THERE AS A PATIENT OR EMPLOYEE. Save yourself the bullshit

Dr. Gill is an uncomunicative and unfriendly doctor. After seeing him the first time I immediately switched to one of his nurse practioners. His office has a rapid turnover of staff and is very diorganized They have lost my lab reports at least 2 or three times. This week I began calling the office on Monday to have a scheduling issue looked into. Between Monday morning and Friday afternoon I left 12 messages before my call was put through, told merely they were busy and short staffed. There is usually one or two kind and intelligent staff members, for the most part staff is ill-tempered and unfriendly. I am currently looking to move to a different practice and feel very badly for older patients who feel at the mercy of such a cold, mean-spoken doctor and his rude staff. His nurse practioner Jan Winz was wonderful; Dr. Gill bullied her right out the door. Shame on you Dr. Gill!

This office should be closed down...amazing how people keeps going to this Dr....he will see you the first time, THEN, every time after that first visit, you will be sent to a Nurse Practitioner...he is more concerned about the way he dresses and the money he makes....he talks down to patients..

He doesn't seem to have much regard for women. And, he'll make a diagnosis based on nothing.

Saw Dr. Gill one time, after that it was only with Nurse practitioner. During initial visit casually leaned back in his chair and typed with one finger. It seemed I allotted Give me 15 minutes minutes, he got up and shuffled me out the door.
