A good doc, a good organization.
My parents PA is always great! Takes great care of them. Highly recommend her. Her name is Jan.
He didnt kill anyone I know, so I gave him 2 stars. My guy every year has a extensive DOT physical done. I know what the average costs are and what the average lab costs are, he has been getting the same physical for 25 years, every year. I called Dr. Gill as I knew him from another, deceased, family member used them. My guy needed a Colonoscopy, that time of life. I called Dr Gill, and told them What he needed, there is a family history. During the conversation, they say, Hey we can do his physical, send us his paperwork. So I sent it in, 10 days before his appt. along with Insurance info. Well, he gets there, they say, We cannot do this physical but, we can help facilitate it by sending out referrals. Well, they didnt get the referrals right, so that delayed him. They did not send the Cologuard and three weeks later I had to call back to get it sent to us. No explanation as to why it had not been done as stated. i got some of the billings in for this service, and the labs are 4X what the entire physical had costs in the last 25 years. I expect costs to rise but it was ridiculously excessive. I know this sounds petty but, insurance has a yearly dollar cap, like most do. So I have a certain amount of Insurance dollars that can be used during the course of a year. And when excessive or INVALID charges are deducted, it comes off of what is available. They passed me off to the Lab, who they sent us to and overcharged us as well, I get that. But that were not the least apologetic about wasting his and my time. There was no hint of Service, only TakeANumber. I have written a letter to the office manager but, I dont anticipate a response as we didnt get one when we had test results come back.Given that a good number of his clients are seniors, I would be checking Nannas statements too. I am able to protest and fight for myself, some of his elderly patients, I think, are probably not going to question it. Office staff was nice, ridiculously inefficient. He wont be back.

I was diagnosed with a malignant melanoma and dr. Gill and his staff have gone above and beyond to see that I get the treatment needed.
The most incompetent doctors office I have heard of. My husband and father in law go here and they can’t even do the simplest tasks. It takes them three weeks to get things as simple as getting records from another doctor done!! To return a phone call takes about a week or so. It’s hard to get a hold of them as well. Sometimes if you don’t continuously check back with them and make sure they did what you ask (like getting medical records from another doctor) things would never get done or you wait for a month before it’s done or they just plain forget about you! Incompetence!!Run, don’t walk as far from this office as you can. They don’t care about their patients!!
If you value your life, run.My dad went into Dr. Gills office on 1/28/2020 because his leg and arm weren’t working correctly. They diagnose him with a minor stroke at the office and ordered a CAT scan. My dad called me on 2/1 (4 days later) and let me know he’d had a stroke and was waiting on a scan still. WAITING. I jumped on the next plane from Salt Lake and took him to the hospital to find out he actually had Glioblastoma (a cancerous brain tumor) Immediately following the scan, they put my dad in an ambulance and sent him to Mercy. The radiology department called me today to schedule the original scan. 😥 They said Dr. Gill ordered a (Non Urgent) CAT scan. if it was “urgent” my dad would have been scheduled, same day. It’s 1/10/2020 (13 days later) he could have been dead if we waited.I guess Dr. Gill doesn’t consider a stroke to be urgent. If you value your life and the care of your doctor, run, fast, and as far away from this office if you can.
Called the office to see if I could get a SHINGLES vaccine. The receptionist put me on a very brief hold and then transfered me the the pharmacy. I identified myself to her and she confirmed my insurance. She also told me that she did indeed have the vaccine. I arrived a few minutes later paid for the vaccine and waljed down the hall to the Doctor's office. I was seen shortly afterwards and all with no appointment. The staff is very courteous, professional and prompt.I was in the same office last summer when PG&E announced a power shutoff. While in the waiting room I overheard Dr. Gill talking to his staff that he intended to stay open and see patients even without electricity. He said he would do the best he could and asked his staff to also respond. That's CLASS!
I've never has much of a wait. From check in to the nurse doing your blood pressure and weightEverything flows pretty smoothly. There is a pharmacy , x-ray and a place to get your blood drawn and plenty of parking. And with the patient portal you can go on line to look at test results upcoming appointments or request prescription refills. All-in-all just a great place if you want to be more involved with your health care needs.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
