Marin Health refers Dr. Cummings but the doctor's office doesn't update their umbrella organization (Marin Health). So one calls for an appt & is told that her "practice is closed" oh and that she's "conciergei-$2600/hr annual fee". Practice manager hung up as soon as she told me "practice closed". Wow, what kind of doctor is this?

I was very satisfied and am looking forward to seeing results.

Dr. Cummings is an amazing doctor and she is very personable. She is direct, extremely knowledgeable and works to find a positive path forward no matter what you are dealing with.

My wife and I scheduled a meeting with Dr. Cummings to see if both we thought she would be a good fit for us, and she thought she would be a good primary doctor for us. The meeting was scheduled for 4:00 pm. At 4:50 pm, we walked out. At no time did she knock on the door and say she was running late. Her staff could not advise us as well. You would think she would at least call us later to apologize. But she did not We were outraged at such a lack of courtesy and professionalism.

Between emails and phone call that went unanswered and nurses that covered for her during her frequent absences, I finally figured out that her head was never in the game and left her care. She was fine when i was healthy, but once i had a serious problem, she contributed nothing toward understanding or helping resolve my condition. I suffered unnecessary stress and anxiety as a result of her inattention during a critical period of my life. I am now in the care of a “real” concierge internist and the difference is stark.

She spent a total of 20-30 minutes with me during my 2 visits to her office. Never a diagnosis or treatment plan. She would leave the exam room saying she would be right back and not return for 30 minutes , then send nurse in to tell me to make another appt. I was Nener given a complimentary ekg as they stated 2 years later when l received a bill for 32.58 (in addition to the $1750. I paid to be in her concierge service). She has now submitted the $ 32.58 to a collection agency! Unbelievable but true. I advise to stay away from this practice where you will be regarded as a cash cow.

Worst experience ever with a physician and the concierge choice service that you need to subscribe to in order to be seen by a doctor.After signing up and paying $1750/year with concierge choice to gain access to Ann Cummings Medical practice. We showed up to see the doctor and she kept leaving the exam room and taking forever to return. Her bedside manner was also rude and after 2 appointments like this we decided to stop seeing her.After contacting concierge choice they refunded some of our annual fee and we withdrew from Ann Cummings practice. 2 years later we received a bill for $32.58 and even though we disputed the charge with concierge choice and were told the charge was not valid they have now submitted the charge to a collection service that is now threatening to ruin our credit.I would advise anyone reading this to NOT use Concierge Choice or Ann Cummings medical practice.

Dr. Cummings is a very capable doctor. Why one star? Because her administrative staff is deplorable. Really! It isn't worth your time to have to deal with the incompetence and snotty attitude of those who work for her. If you are going to spend the $$ on a concierge doctor, it is advisable to go somewhere where the staff embraces and embodies the concept.

I am so thankful to have Dr. Cummings as my doctor. I have been fortunate enough to find good doctors to help me cope and handle all of the problems associated with a chronic & disabling disease starting with Dr. Cummings. She is very compassionate & extremely available . With all my complications, Dr. Cummings knows what she feels comfortable handling & when to use a specialsit. She has referred me to many of them, all just as competent & compassionate. I've had the misfortune of seeing many doctors over the years & comparatively speaking, she and her staff, especially Deb rate among the very best on all levels of care.
