I came to Dr.Lee for a botox consultation. When entering the office his front desk staffs were very nice and welcoming. Dr.Lee made me feel super comfortable before proceeding with the treatment. He answered all my questions and I highly recommended him to anyone who is thinking about having Botox but hesitant. I will be coming back for future appointments!

First off, beautiful office. Love how easy it is to book and get treatment here with Dr Lee & his staff. The front desk girls are amazing and personable. Location is great too, multiple meters out front and parking lot across the street (they validate!) makes it easy to park. Everyone thinks I’m 10-15 yrs younger than I really am. 10/10 would continue to get my beauty treatments here. Thank you!!!!!

Excellent experience. I highly recommend coming here, the staff was very friendly, and welcoming. I was very nervous about my eyelid surgery but they were so comforting from start to finish. He made sure it looked nature, and comfortable for me. The surgeon was with me during my consult, before and after surgery to make sure I understood everything. Thank you L Plastic Surgery!

Dr. Lee and his staff was exceptional! I am beyond satisfied from the consultation to the way he handled my follow-up after the surgery. He is very soothing and reassuring and I felt so safe in his hands. It has been a year after my surgery, my upper eyelids and lower eyelid look amazing and smooth, I look and feel young like I was in my 20s again, thank you for the amazing results Dr Lee!

After doing a lot of research I knew Doctor Charles Lee was the only doctor for me to do my double eyelid surgery! Not only is he super knowledgeable but the entire office staff is incredibly kind and patient with all my questions. I was anxious during the recovery period, but everyone was so patient with me and answered all my questions. I am now 3 months post-surgery and just had my 4th post-op appointment. We joked about how I kept checking myself out in the mirror during the visit because I love my new eyes so much! Doctor Lee was very professional and I felt like I was given the five-star treatment all the way. Feeling that you are being cared for and listened to really made me feel comforted before and during surgery. He's an amazing surgeon that really takes pride in making his patients happy.

1. Wait for half an hour and only see doctor and get shot for 3 minutes. 2. Botox doesn’t show any influence on me. Not sure why. It’s my first time and it should have some result.

I was separately recommended by a few friends to come here. They all loved their experience and most importantly their results. Dr. Lee and his staff are so friendly and if you have any questions ever they give you thorough and honest answers. I appreciate how Dr. Lee values subtle changes and making sure you still feel like yourself.

Dr. Lee is amazing! He is an extremely knowledgeable, personable, and truly caring surgeon. At my first consultation, I felt comfortable right away. The office is clean and cozy, it was a very “boutique experience” overall. The pre-op appointment was a great experience as well, and it was noticeable that Dr. Lee remembered things about me even from my consultation (where I live, what I do, etc.). It truly made me feel valued as a patient. I felt fully prepared and confident ahead of my surgery date knowing that all of my questions had been answered and that they were always responsive and compassionate. I cannot stress enough how he actually listens to your concerns and delivers on your physical requests all while providing you with honesty which is highly important. Furthermore, his accessibility pre/post-surgery is at the highest golden standard possible. Now that my breast augmentation surgery is complete, they feel and look super natural, and looks AMAZINGG. I can honestly say that I wouldn’t think twice about recommending anyone besides Dr. Lee and his team.

I have always wanted a doubled eyelid but struggled to find the right surgeon for me in the bay area. It wasn't until 2019 that I went to see Dr. Lee, as he was recommended by a friend of mine. Dr. Lee did her upper eyelid surgery, and she looks super natural and beautiful. I told Dr. Lee exactly the type of crease I was looking for, and he was very thorough during the entire consultation. He was very honest, and he told me if I want to go natural, I should stay with a lower crease height, and I am super glad I listened to his suggestion. It has almost been 3 years since my surgery with him, and I am LOVING the result! I don't see any scarring on my upper eyelids, and all my friends and family told me my eyes look bigger and brighter, but they are all shocked when I told them I actually got upper eyelid surgery done because no one can see any scars! I highly recommend Dr Lee because he is very patient, and meticulous with his craft! I have since referred all my friends and family to see him, he is the only surgeon I trust!

I was here for a surgery consultation today around 1:00 pm, for scheduled consultation. After the poor experience at the front desk, I decided to walk out. One Asian receptionist at the front desk is very rude and very unprofessional. I don’t believe the place could be good if there front desk receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. They charge $100 for consultation which I am fine with it. As they explained before I came in, the fee can be applied to other services or purchases if I decided not going for a surgery. I asked the receptionist what time frame it might be and I was talking to her, one Asian girl sitting at the front desk as well, just jumped into the conversation, saying I should use it on the same day! Isn’t it need appointment for any type of services? I asked the receptionist who has been helping me that I need an itemized receipt for my flexible spending account’s reimbursement, this Asian girl jumped into our conversation again, telling me that this is not covered by insurance. I told her it’s not for insurance but a flexible spending account. She insisted that this is not covered by insurance. When the receptionist handed me the receipt, it showed it’s a “ cosmetic consultation fee”. I told the receptionist that I need the receipt shows “consultation fee” only, without “cosmetic”. And I said again, for reimbursement from the flexible spending account, it has to be a medical reason. Again, this Asian girl jumped into the conversation and told me one more time that insurance would not cover this... I don't understand why the receptionist’s conversation has to be interrupted again and again, and why this Asian girl strongly believe I am trying to use insurance even I told her multi tomes that this is not insurance issue. And I also don't understand why Federal Government approved and supported the flexible spending account policy had to be interpreted at this office? I decided to leave because if their front desk employees treated patients with such rude and no respect, then this is not the place I should get any services done.
