JumpstartMD is wonderful program, this is perfect for educate and understanding how is working the food in your body. I initially 185 pounds I’ m super excited right now I have 165 y lost 20 pounds. My son went to this program for a month. It did not help- he needs more guidance- 5 min appointments are way to short - he stopped going . We just realised that we we charged $388 since February ,. No notifications from the company - just kept charging ! We are devastated- no answer on the phone .

Greenbrae MD gone downhill since former Director left.  Today I got a new trainee clinician.  I was escorted into the office by the experienced person, introduced to the new person sitting behind the desk.  COVID makes meeting new people weird, but she could have stood up and acted interested.  She barely looked up from her computer,  asked rote scripted questions and giggled at my answers. The experienced person sat in the corner looking at her computer screen. So weird - no eye contact and completely impersonal.  Although I have been with the program for almost two years, the new person did not glance at my records or recent history.  Was like starting from scratch.  Miss the folks who take a genuine interest and are more qualified to coach the program.

JumpstartMD is a very professional organization that has taught me a lot about nutrition and diet. They have a wonderful program of education and support in my weight loss journey.

I'm loving my experience with JumpstartMD. I would recommend it to anyone who has stalled out trying to lose weight on their own. I've been very successful, 14 pounds so far, and the meetings every week keep me accountable and motivated. I love my eating plan, feel satiated, and seeing the difference every day is amazing. I very highly recommend JumpstartMD, and have told many friends about it already! It's not just about the number on the scale, it's about health.

I have seen behind the SCREEN. the entire thing is a FRAUD.  there is no MD behind the jumpstart MD, it's basically poorly run pretenders who are highly paid for their BS.  Do Keto on your own.  Spare yourself the expense.  Management is so embarrassed and shameful they won't even call you back when they charge you for months of services no rendered.  They owe me for months of charges they illegally charged me and are continuing to charge me when i've been very clear that i did not want any services from them unless I worked with Kate who was out on leave.  Management has some serious customer service skills to learn.  I taught customer service for my entire career and my specialty was cross cultural communication skills for race, gender, and LGBT communities of difference and inclusion and this place has major flaws in basic customer service.  Not to mention major HIPPA violations.  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICEAVOID at all COSTs!!!

Wonderful MDs and  coaches!!  However, they fall behind on insurance filing, so I suggest you do it yourself.

I am back in size 32" pants thanks to Kate and the Greenbrae team!  it has been 20 years.  I have been losing before and all during covid and I feel great.   thank you again, Jeffrey

If you like watching the Bachelor, you'll love JumpstartMD.  The people you meet with have about ten stock phrases they repeat each week.  There is no MD at the "clinic" in Millbrae.  The whole thing has a kind of mindless Stepford Wives vibe.
