Made several attempts to contact them to schedule an appointment over the past month, they never called or emailed back.

After many attempts to contact them to schedule an appointment over the past month and a half, they never called or emailed back. If they cannot handle that simple customer service, would you trust them for medical work?

Yep, have to agree with so many other contributors here; worst-run medical office I know of. I like my doctor - Harry Neuwirth - but oh, that front desk! I had an appointment scheduled for my yearly check-up. Five days in advance I called to remind them that no one there had put in the order for my pre-appointment PSA test . They then sent me a phone message that my appointment would have to be re-scheduled. From then on I could never get an answer or any help or a call-back from them. When I called I got put on interminable hold. A recorded message invited me to leave my number, but they never called back. For five days, up to the evening before my appointment, I tried. Five phone calls, leaving my phone number, finally asking "Do I have an appointment or not?" Nothing in return but silence. As of this date, no appointment.

I received the best car ever. These doctors were the sweetest my and made me a priority to make me feel comfortable. The nurse Kristine went so above and beyond I could not thank her even. Even tho she was overwhelmed since they were under staffed ! Thank you Kristine I wish you the best of lucky your one hell of a RN

What an experience. I was expecting the worst, and was happily surprised. Everyone seemed like they were knowledgeable. I will say they were super busy. I think there were 6 other patients in the waiting room, and a few had companions. A little crowded. A nice gal, whose name was Larina took me in and once in the room, I did wait for the doctor I was seeing for what seemed like forever, but was 20 minutes. When he came in and he was tall and nice, quick , answered all my concerns and to the point .All ok and fine. I then went to the desk to schedule another appointment and was treated nice and politely. Overall friendly staff with informational doctor. Good experience. About 2 months later I received a bill that according to my insurance company was billed with the wrong code. I brought the bill to my next appointment I was directed to Angel who explained the problem to me in terms that I could understand. She corrected the error and sent it off to the billing department to correct. It has now been resolved, to my delight. All the negativity is very surprising to

Definitely didn't experience the negative customer service that everyone else mentions. The individual that accommodated my last second / emergency appt was super friendly. She was able to squeeze me in o. The same day. Everyone in the office was busy but helpful (and patient with some other more challenging patients in the office). Dr was super friendly / efficient / direct. Recommend.

Horrible customer service. Have been calling for days and no one answers the phone or returns calls, but if they do, when I call back no one answers. I can't be expected to sit by my phone for 24 hours waiting for a call. Tried to email, but page was unavailable.

Terrible customer service. Office mismanaged. They've made my elderly father wait for over an hr numerous times even though we've had an appt. Drs rarely in, they use nurses! We went in to have his routine urine bag changed. After a hour in the room I realized the didn't have ONE SINGLE BAG in the entry facility!! They used his existing bag!!! Substandard care at best. Stay away from this office!!!

I never thought I would write a review on the doctor's office, but I will for this one, and hopefully doctors themselves will read this review and take actions if they really care about their reputation. I will start by saying that I don't know whether the doctors in this office are good or bad, all I know that my doctor was late for one hour to the appointment and took off to see another patient in the middle of it. He did come back eventually and wrote a prescription and told me to come back in 2 months. 3 weeks have passed after the day I've seen him and I still do not have medications that were prescribed. "A" , lady in the office for the fourth time is telling me that she is very sorry that I'm frustrated and that she will personally call me back and give me an update, and for the third time straight she is not calling me back and giving me an update. The office is unable to get a pre-auth for the medicine in the last three weeks. I called multiple times and was literally lied to multiple times by the staff. When I visited the office there were a lot of people in there, assisting doctors, definitely did not look like understaffed office. Not sure what their problem is but I definitely did not feel any empathy or care as a patient, and I still don't have my drugs even though once again this morning I was told by "A" that she will personally call me back with an update by end of the day. It is 5:00 pm she probably went home without much care of whether or not I will need this drug over the weekend.
