**DR. POULOS IS THE BEST!** He is the kindest and most skilled surgeon I have ever met. I met him about 20 years ago when I had an initial cosmetic surgery (pre-online reviews:) If I was able to write a review back then about how fantastic he is, I surely would have! I just had a different surgery in January 2021. Admittedly I was nervous, as I haven't had surgery since my last surgery with Dr. Poulos. Every Doctor and staff member I have connected with in the PSS office has been so caring, kind and detailed with answering any questions I have had in my journey, which made the experience so wonderful. I had such an amazing connection with Melanie, Sarah, Kelly, and Renee. They took amazing care of me. I am SO pleased with my results, and I know I'll be happier with every passing day as I'm still healing.

I recently had a 17 year old scar removed from my upper lip. I was terribly nervous about the treatment and prior to meting Stan had visited multiple clinics in the city. Every Doctor I met prior still left me unsure and scared about the treatment, but once I met Stan all my fears were put to rest. He did an incredible job on correcting the scar and I would highly recommend him for any of the treatments his clinic offers. The whole team were warm, welcoming, and always made me feel at ease.

My implants are a mess thanks to Stanley P!! He never gave options on implants, just picked them and put them in. They are flat and wide- not what I wanted at all! Within months, one had ruptured, thanks to his carelessness, the other became encapsulated. Their solution, PAY MORE money and get more surgery!! No thanks! So much scarring, so much pain and discomfort, so much money, and now I need to get it all redone. Thanks a lot, you guys should be put out of business. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! My lawyer will be in touch shortly.
