man.. i wish i liked this place, but .. it's just been the most disorganized doc's office/prescription refill/medical record transferring/etc. i've ever dealt with. i suppose it's just evidence of our overall failed medial system in this country. but yeah.. they have yet to disappoint me with how disappointing they are.

She picks up the phone, sounds like she just hit 2 dabs and a 4 footer, told me they weren't accepting new patients so I asked where I could go and she said she didn't know. Thanks for nothing

What can I say. We travel from Merced to see Dr Jared. For the best most caring professional doctor ever. My son loves his gentle manner. And I love that he always explains everything. He is so conpassionate. The staff are just as caring and professional.

Again it’s happened, NP ordered prescriptions and they never made it over to the pharmacy! Of course the clinic is now closed till Monday and no one seems to be on call. This is a frequent problem! Diagnosis of pneumonia and no meds. One star is too high a rating!

dont go here if you are pregnant. Kept having to remind them I have diabetes. Had to explain the type I had, then was argued with as to what I have which was completely incorrect. Lots of back and forth, and forgot to give me my blood test results. Had to ask. What a headache. Switched over to a much better center. It's a pain to drive far but my babies life is in good hands.

The Russian River health center is never on time with refills and often neglects patients to the point uwhere it is unsafe and could pose danger to the patients health. You would think that these doctors have never heard of the Hippocratic oath before. (Dr. Davies is the worst doctor in the office) Dr. DeVille is the best.
