I’ll try to make two long stories short: I’ve been coming to this location since I was a teenager, and now I am in my early 30’s. (The predecessor to the current doctor here had retired, I believe, and I trusted his work and team to continue coming to the same location.) I had a few yellow spots on my teeth since then, which made me slightly self conscious all these years to really smile. Fast forward to today, and I finally got the chance by this current new dentist, Dr. Jung, to fix that little cosmetic problem. Not only that, I got a deep cleaning at the same time. The whole team made me feel super welcome and comfortable throughout the process. To the former team at Pristine Dental, and current team at Bliss, you really live up to your name! It is a joy to see myself smile like this! Thank you so much for your service and looking forward to more appointments with you!

Came for my 1st check up after pregnancy and my baby’s 1st dental appointment at 15 months! The doctors and staff are so kind and amazing. They explained and took care of all my concerns. My insurance fully covered my dental visit. The office is very clean and they have so many advanced technologies it was really cool. My appointment was on Saturday which is very nice as they take weekend appointments! There was no waiting and they took me in right away! The doctor was very gentle during my cleaning so no pain! My baby was also well taken care of as they explained how I can help take care of my baby’s teeth better. Thank you Dr. Jung!

I’ve been coming to this dental office for as long as I can remember and have witnessed the transition between dentists over the years. The current dentist, Dr. Jung, is truly passionate about his work, and the staff continue to be as welcoming and professional as ever. They go above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable and are always transparent about treatment costs, there are no hidden fees or surprises. Everyone is friendly, caring, and dedicated to providing excellent service. The hygienists are highly knowledgeable, take the time to answer questions, and never make you feel rushed. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Jung and the entire team are exceptional, truly refreshing! They take the time to explain everything clearly and ensure you feel informed and comfortable before leaving. A special shout-out to the office manager (I believe it’s Erlyn based on the previous reviews. I hope im right lol) You made such a warm, welcoming first impression!. Everyone, including the hygienist, is kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. After trying other offices, I finally found my ideal dental practice. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a long-time patient here and have been through a doctor transition before so I know it’s not always smooth sailing. Dr. Koh, my previous dentist, had the gentlest hands I’ve ever experienced, absolutely no discomfort during treatments. But I did notice his cleanings weren’t always as thorough, and some of the crowns he placed didn’t hold up as well over time. Now, with Dr. Jung, I can tell you he’s deeply passionate about his work, he takes the time to explain every treatment option clearly, which I really appreciate. That said, his technique is a bit more firm. His hands are a teeny bit heavier than the previous dr. He doesn’t always wait long enough for the topical anesthetic to fully take effect before injecting, and I do feel a bit of discomfort during those moments. The staff, though? Still the same wonderful team I’ve come to love. Some have retired, but everyone who’s still here is kind, professional, and makes me feel cared for. Dr. Jung, I’m not going anywhere, because the whole team is fantastic. But if you could gently ease up on the pressure during treatments and maybe give the numbing gel just a little more time? haha! That would make all the difference. Thanks for all you do, really! 😊
