Finally found a good dentist after years of searching. Dr Hsieh and his team were extremely professional from day 1. The past few years, I've had horrible experiences with dentists. It was all about up-selling the most expensive product/procedure. I dreaded going because it seemed like every time i went, it just felt like going to a forced time share presentation. I had an issue with pain and sensitivity with my back tooth. After the examination, Dr Hsieh provided the options and was actually straight forward and honest. Never felt like it was a scam. He has great bed side manners that makes you feel at ease. My new go to dentist. Highly recommend!

Willis Hsieh is the best dentist!! He is extremely gentle but very thorough in his work. His staff is amazing too and he is very on time and efficient with his operations. If you’re looking for someone who is friendly, thorough, and very diligent in meeting your needs then Willis Hsieh is the dentist for you!

I spent many years fearing of going to a new dentist ever since my old dentist retired during COVID (uncertain dental insurance policies/plans, trusting dentists, etc...). I discovered Hsieh Dentistry thanks to my wife and got to work with Dr. Willis Hsieh. He's super informative, patient, and educational in how to take care of my teeth. He explained to me my options in terms of issues I had with my teeth (deep cleanings, wisdom teeth erupting, etc...). He was never pushy about a procedure, and simply gave his recommendation and what was urgent that should be taken care of. I came out knowing more and feeling secure. He was also quick, yet gentle/thorough with cleaning my teeth as well as replacing an old chipped filling I had (got it ~10 years ago from my old dentist) which started to decay my tooth. Fortunately, we caught it pretty early on and I didn't need a root canal. Everyone at the office is really kind and sweet. The front office was very patient in explaining how my dental insurance works and they were professional in every way. I was always scared to go to a dentist since 2020, but I feel taken care of here and I think I just found my forever dental office/dentist with the team that works there!

I highly recommend Dr. Hsieh. He is an excellent dentist who genuinely cares about his patients. He's very easy to talk to and always takes the time to thoroughly explain my dental situation. What I appreciate most is his honesty, unlike other dentists I have been to recently he provides clear recommendations without ever trying to upsell me things that I don't need/

My New Favorite Dentist!! I recently visited Hsieh Dentistry in Hacienda Heights, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. It was so easy to make an appointment, and finding their office was a breeze - it's easy to locate with plenty of parking. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by their friendly staff who were incredibly welcoming. The office itself is very clean and well-maintained, which I always appreciate. My biggest fear with dentists is always the drilling and the pain, but the male dentist at Hsieh Dentistry was absolutely wonderful. He was so attuned to my comfort, frequently checking in and adjusting his pace to ensure I was completely at ease. I truly felt listened to and cared for. He was also very informative, explaining everything clearly. The entire process felt incredibly efficient and thorough. I left with recommendations and a genuine feeling of having had a great dental experience. I highly recommend Hsieh Dentistry - they're truly exceptional!

As someone who typically dreads dental visits, I can genuinely say that Hsieh Dentistry in Hacienda Heights has completely changed my perspective. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of excellent, earning them a well-deserved five stars. Making an appointment over the phone was incredibly easy and straightforward. Upon arrival, about five minutes before my scheduled time, I was immediately greeted by a wonderfully positive receptionist. She efficiently collected my information and handled the insurance details, making the check-in process smooth and quick. What truly set this visit apart was the actual dental treatment. The dentist was incredibly prompt, and everything was already perfectly set up before I even sat down. My usual dental anxiety, especially about drilling and pain, was quickly put at ease. The dentist was exceptionally accommodating to my sensitivities, making it clear that I could raise my hand at any sign of discomfort. Unlike previous experiences where a raised hand often went ignored, this dentist was incredibly patient and genuinely took my discomfort into consideration, pausing whenever needed. Despite my requests for pauses, the procedure felt very timely and incredibly thorough. I left with clear recommendations and a feeling of complete satisfaction. All in all, this was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Hsieh Dentistry to anyone looking for a compassionate, efficient, and truly patient-focused dental practice.
