James song is a good doctor but

Don't come to this doctor. His staff and office's work are totally messed. Send my wife to the wrong lab because they put the wrong medical group. Lost a referral, my wife requested when she saw the doctor. When I called, they just said it's not there, and I have to come and see the doctor again. I've never been to another doctor who hired so incompetent staff.

if you're looking for a new primary care doc....KEEP LOOKING! this place is the worst! the staff is all over the place, my referrals were never correct, my prescriptions took 3 months to get called in to the pharmacy, and the list goes on. i went in for my annual physical (which is covered by insurance) and didnt even get to see the doc, was seen my an assistant who ordered blood work for me and sent me on my way WITHOUT the actual annual physical and asked me to come back when the blood work was ready. when i went back they now asked me to pay a copay given that im coming for a regular check-up... WTF? basically tried to squeeze an extra few $$ out of me and essentially bill insurance for 2 visits (an annual physical and a separate doc visit) and CASH ONLY. oh and to top it off, they make you wait and wait and wait.ok, i let that go because i found out that i had some real heath issues and i needed a doctor so i put up with this office since i needed a primary care doctor to put in referrals to specialists. the staff would take forever to place in the referrals and to top it off place in referrals to the wrong place and would have to re-do the referrals.... they were a hot mess to say the least. so if you are looking for your next caring family doctor... this place is NOT it, i urge you to keep looking.

Dr. Song cares for my whole family for years, and I'm recommending him to more friends. Him being extra patient and careful with my concerned/panicking older family members is a HUGE plus!!!
