This place is so careless with patients medication and their health. For them being nurses and doctors they have no common sense don’t ask what location you want my medication to be sent at if you won’t do it. Now me being sick I have no medication to take and I have to suffer this happens to me every time I need my medication refilled they’re careless with their patients. If I could I wouldn’t give any stars at all

They suck

Went to urgent care with respiratory issues and sore throat. During my visit I was not well enough to think about taking days off work. I just wanted to feel better. I called back to get a work note as it took three additional days to recover from my illness. A medical assistant Brianne was not helpful at all, and unprofessional as she stated to me. "Who told you to take time off" (not her place to evaluate my situation). I asked to speak to the Dr. on hand. Dr. stated I should have felt better after 24 hours from taking medication. I am disappointed with the way my situation was handled, all for a work note. I missed 3 days of work due to Strep throat and wheezing due to my asthma. Reconsideration on returning here for sure.

Most staff are nice. From security guard. Front office are helpful & kind. I had my swab testing done and throat for strep . The nurse who took my sample is so. Rough. I have been tested many times I never experienced this caused me headache , she almost made me pass out and my nose almost bleed. She pressed my tongue I almost vomit. She has a very heavy hand.

One is able to see an urgent care doctor the fastest. Wait time is, mostly less than half hour, so much less than all urgent care our family has experienced. Staff are very nice here.

Wrong diagnosis! So I was almost dying from horrible fewer, backpain and extreme period all they said is i got infection so i just need to drink lots of liquid. Well i was still suspicious I had to check my symptoms on google to find out i had a miscarriage, which was confirmed by my doctor...

ridiculous. I waited thirty minutes only to be turned away because of my insurance. they need more staff and should check first before they waste peoples time having them sit around in the waiting room

Awful just awful turned me away with a minor head injury

我去产科医生Dr.Ye那里，第一次去就被告知我的保险health net只能有八次产检，超出就要自己支付，并通知前期两个月产检一次。一个月后咨询痔疮如何治疗跟我说要去产检，多次强调超出要自费。后来自己咨询保险公司说并没有产检次数要求，医生和护士的态度仍然很差，并没有承认失误或者错误，态度还恶劣，若不是自己孕妇并没有太多时间真想找律师，基本职业道德都没有，给美国的医生抹黑

Am very pleased with the whole staff. Hope that PIH keeps it open. Very convenient not having to drive to Whittier.
