Worst experience ever the receptionist is rude and hates her job. The doctor is rude and gives you no hope my grandma has stage 4 cancer and is already stressed about it, worst thing this doctor stressed her out even more. Basically telling my gma she doesn't have a chance. By far the worst! If you don't like your job or profession then quit lady!
If I can give no stars, I would. The staff here is absolute garbage. My mom had an appointment for March 31st but due to the covid-19, my mom wanted to cancel and schedule it at a later date. The nurse or whoever was answering the phones told her "no, you can't cancel your appointment". ? I'm sorry, what? If a patient calls to cancel, you CANCEL the appointment. That's your job. That's what you get paid to do. Serve patients. So then my mom just rescheduled to May 19th. Today at 2pm. She only knows this because she had it written down. They didn't even call her to confirm the appointment, give any type of instructions on how the appointment was going to take place (it was going to be a virtual appointment). So then I called, asked to confirm the appointment, and the girl asked "Oh I called and left a message. We wanted to see if she can come on Thursday"Excuse me. What the hell are you guys doing over there? Why do act like people who don't give a shit about the people you're serving? Then maybe you shouldn't be behind the desk pretending to work? Why are you lying, saying you called when you didn't. Then, you want to ask to switch the appointment, which you wouldn't cancel, THE DAY OF, to later this week? I'm sure you'll end up calling that day and saying you need to reschedule again. This place is just absolutely disgusting. It's just as bad as LA Cancer Center. Needless to say, we are definitely changing specialists because this is pathetic. I'm a nurse who works in the same industry, and I can't imagine treating patients like this. What if it was your mom, dad, brother, sister? I bet you wouldn't treat them like shit. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Yelp does not seem to be able to locate the one in Murrieta. If you have cancer of any kind, you might as well just take vitamins rather than go to any of these center. Staff is friendly enough, but doctors turn over faster than leaves on an oak tree in fall. And the ones who are there don't care and don't seem to know anything. Mostly rotating Drs. who are residents or over the hill, or, well I don't know what. I am going to find another place. Change groups if you have to but don't go to any of their locations
This office is the worst experience i had. I came in 30mins early filled out all the questioners and they still made me wait for 1 hour. After i said something thats when they finally called me in. They said there was a problem with my insurance authorization but i give them my insurance information when i made the appointment. They should of check before my appointment. If I didn't say anything they probably kept me in the waiting area longer. When I finally got in and talk to doctor Daniel Huang he spent talking to me for 5mins. He didn't even explain why I had blood clots and what cause it. I don't know why he didn't explain cause he should known whats going on with his patient Before seeing them. But instead he wasted my time took my $50 copay saw me for 5mins. i was so mad i forgot all the questions i want to ask. If yelp has negative star I would give this negative 5 star. I will never going back here again!!!!
By far the worst medical facility and staff I have encountered in my history of medical needs. You'll already be dealing with an incredibly stressful health diagnosis and everything that goes along with it, and the unprofessionalism and lack of organization and care from the office staff will only exacerbate your situation. The staff is run by highly unprofessional and rude people that are all in their 20s to 30s who have zero work ethic. Don't go here if you can help it. 1. I've shown up for appointments (which I have a printed out confirmation form), and the staff tell me that I don't have an appointment. 2. The staff has called me when I didn't have an appointment, confirming my appointment for the following day. 3. I've driven all the way to the office for my in-office injection, for them to call me 10 minutes prior to my appointment to tell me that they don't have my medication.4. I've gone to my appointments and at least 4x now, been told that they don't have my monthly in-office injection medicine, they forgot to order it.5. I've hand-delivered to the front desk important disability paperwork for the doctor to complete, to have them lose the paperwork and later say I never dropped off the paperwork. Telling me I must have faxed it and the fax didn't go through. They also charge you per page for the doctor to complete state disability paperwork.6. I've signed in and sat waiting for my appointment, to literally have them call me on my cellphone as I'm sitting in the lobby to tell me that I missed my appointment that day and was supposed to be there. This has happened on more than one occasion.7. I've gone to my appointment met with my doctor and on my drive home, receive a call from their staff telling me that I missed my appointment that day.8. I've filed complaints to the upper office manager Penny, but she was just as rude and unprofessional. A staff mirrors management. When you have good management, you have great staff. File your complaints directly with your insurance company or with the state.9. You'll experience being in the presence of the highest level of unprofessionalism and rude attitudes as you sit in the lobby waiting. Listen to the phone calls and how they speak to patients and slam down the phone as they hang-up on patients. This is not an exaggeration.10. It's an unsanitary establishment. The floors are filthy, the walls are dirty, the bathrooms are dirty. 11. The staff lunch room is within the same room as the chemo room, only separated by a door. The aroma of some of the foods will make any chemo patient want to vomit even more. This is not your normal professional tertiary hospital environment in-any-way. I'm not sure why this Santa Ana location staff is so bad, but the staff in Anaheim is better.
