Poor overall experience. I waited on hold for an accumulated 45+ minutes. I then drove to the clinic while on hold hoping to get prompt service, when I arrived the clinic was closed for break time. I’m busy. I don’t have time to waste like this, and I know other people don’t either. If I have any advice for the Coastside Clinic, it is 1) keep more employees on shift, because 1 receptionist isn’t enough. 2) update the aoutomative hold system. If there is no one to pick up the phone that needs to be stated so more time is not wasted. With that said the caller will know to hang up and try again at a later time, instead of being told to stay on the line waiting for long periods of time. life is short, I don't want to spend it on hold. Thank you

Coastside Clinic is terrible! The doctors there are very unethical and lack empathy for their patients. Trying to get medication from these doctors is like trying to get water out of a stone! Dr. Froehlke "one the psychiatrist there" is a young no nothing Ms. Know it all who does not believe in prescribing medication. This "doctor" thinks counseling is the cure all for everything. Personally I think she needs to be medicated herself, and i'm not the only one who feels like this. What a shame the county can't even afford decent doctors. I wouldn't be surprised if somebody ended up suing them for malpractice.
