Have been going here for 4+ years and I always have good service. Staff is always friendly and helpful. All three doctors I have seen are attentive and helpful. Glad to have them on my medical team.

I had an unfortunate experience at Baz Allergy Clinic. I contacted the office yesterday to confirm my appointment, and Maya, one of the staff members, assured me that my appointment was scheduled for 0900. I even took time off from work to ensure I would be there on time. However, upon arriving at the clinic, I was informed by the friendly and helpful front desk receptionist that my appointment had been cancelled because I had already been seen. This miscommunication was quite frustrating, especially considering the effort I had put into attending the appointment. It would be beneficial for the clinic to ensure that all staff members are properly trained and informed about the status of appointments to avoid such situations in the future. Overall, my experience at Baz Allergy Clinic was disappointing due to the lack of coordination and communication among the staff members. It is crucial for healthcare facilities to prioritize effective communication and provide accurate information to their patients.

This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. They made sure we were checked in a room as soon as we arrived. The Doctor had been busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. The MA Maya was so kind and made my son feel less anxious. I'm glad I found a good allergist for my son. The caring and compassion of all the staff was highly satisfying!!

The doctors, nurses & staff are professional and very thorough. The medical assistants in the back were so friendly to me and my daughter! If you can request a new allergy location, please do so. This doctor here saw me and I mentioned to her that I had a sinus infection; however, she told me she wanted to see my X-ray results first before prescribing anything. It is inhumane to leave your patient sick and not prescribe any medication! I called back a week after because my sinus infection had gotten worse, and she denied my request. Now I have to wait another week so she can prescribe me something. Why do people decide to become doctors when they treat them like animals? I will soon be under my husbands insurance since he works for the federal government. I feel bad for the people that have medical and have to go through this!

So many Joppa violations. And when I talked to multiple people on the phone about it they denied everything but I have the proof.

Kelly Wilson is so unprofessional. The way she speaks to clients makes them feel small. She has also told clients that they need to google their diagnosis before they tell her what they need. I truly believe the client themselves know their own bodies the best rather than a nurse telling them how their bodies are. Also ulcerative colitis DOES have food allergies with it as she said it doesn’t. Then at one point she told the client she had acid reflux because of post nasal drip. She was wrong and caused the gastritis to become worse with the medication she provided. Do not go to this woman. She will only talk down on you and not be willing to listen to your struggles & tell you to Google what’s wrong with you. Don’t we go to those people for answers, not be told to Google?
