Dr.Santivanez is one of very few in Hanford who actually cares about his patience. He listens to you and is very thorough.

The bad reviews on here are not accurate... if you were looking for pain medication and have been denied im sure Dr. Santivanez had a good reason and thats the reason for most of these bad reviews. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest and caring doctor this is your guy. He is very blunt but he only speaks the truth. I cannot even count how many times Dr. Santivanez has helped my husband. Not only did he help us with insulin but he also helped prolong my husband's kidney function. He was able to catch things his nephrologist did not see. Thank you Dr. Santivanez for all your help these past few years.
Professional, efficient, in and out in just 45 minutes as a first time patient. This is a medical doctor, not your therapist.
I think he is a good person because he is my uncle and he is a kind and funny person that takes charge of stuff.
Unprofessional and rude.
Plan to spend no more than 3 minutes with the doctor.
Smart, personable and very good doctor! Highly recommended!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
