Good service and great doctor

I had been a patient with Sorenson (Dr. Feel good) for over 20 years and I am so glad to say I will be finding a new doctor. For starters they used to have extremely nice front desk staff, now the people who answer the phones have no idea what’s going on and are so RUDE. There is no reason to be rude to someone trying to make an appointment to feel better. Another issue is that everytime I go there I never see a real doctor it is always PA’s that seriously look like deer in the headlights. I have to go to the doctor with my own diagnosis because these PA’s do not and will not help you. They get overwhelmed by any information you try to provide them, they have no idea of your medical history or anything. The sad thing is there actually used to be good PA’s there that would listen and help but now those people like Matt W. Or Crystal have either left or turned into every other horrible PA. The only positive person there who I always enjoy seeing is Pam she is caring and remembers you very well, I wish more of those PA’s could be like her. I will never be coming to this death trap again

I have used doctor Erik and doctor Neil Sorenson my whole life. They are great doctors but I went to a physician's assistant there name Matt he is the worst doctor I have ever been to . He did not want to hear anything that I wanted to tell him it was my 1st visit in years and I am 66 years old and have many problems and need many surgeries. He did not want to hear about any of them all he wanted to do is check his watch and to make sure that I was out of there in 10 minutes. And then when it was all over with I don't know if I had too many problems for him but he said he did not want to see me anymore. I don't understand you go to a doctor and you want to get taken care of but you will not get taken care of by the physician's assistant's name Matt he wants to do things his way. I have appointment with doctor Sorenson on the 29th I sure hope he fixes this situation.

There's nothing wrong with me but slightly high blood pressure. They're saying they won't refill my medications unless I come in once every three months. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes to see the "doctor" (it's a nurse practitioner and in the 4 years I've been here, I've never even met Sorensen) and it literally took 45 seconds to say I was fine and just needed a medication refill. This place is only interested in churning out appointments to pad their bills. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor who actually cares about their patients and not just the bottom line.

ALL and I mean ALL the staff are knowledgeable AS WELL as compassionate (seriously !! not many places can you find that!) Top rate care! So much positivity in one place! This team of professionals are a wonderful combination.

Dr Eric is hands down the best Doctor. He’s been my husband and myself doctor for well over 30+ years. Prior to this I personally had only 1 doctor my whole life Dr Mitts in Visalia he even delivered me I moved to Armona with my husband I got sick called my dr Mitts he referred me to dr Eric it’s never been a regret since. He amazing yeah it’s hard to see him but I trust who he has chosen for his PA’s.

This place is not what it used to be. I been a patient of Dr Sorensen for years and hands down he is great. My poor review is based on the Physician assistant he has working who cover some of the patients when he is not available. Every single time I’ve seen a PA no one has a clue of my health or labs , God forbid you need some time off. Lately every single visit no one knows anything about patient history. What happened to this place did it turn into a quantity care facility. I sure miss the the quality care.

I have been with Dr. Sorensen since 1991. I respect him and his medical decisions and he has taken care of me for a number of years. No complaints just “attaboys” for him and his staff.

Dr. Eric Sorensen is Excellent doctor. He truly cares for all his patients and does a great job. I highly recommend Dr. Eric Sorensen.
