I've had several different types of imaging done (CT, X-ray, ultrasound) and every time all the staff from the front desk to the technicians have been very kind and helpful. In addition, their prices are much better than at the hospital. The facility is always clean and there is plenty of space for social distancing. You can also wait outside if you prefer. There's a peaceful atmosphere unlike the chaos at the hospital's outpatient imaging. So glad I discovered Hanford Imaging. Highly recommend.

The worst place ever. How do you have a staff meeting while patients have appointments? When I got there, there was nobody in the front. Waited and even went in the hall to say "hello" but no one answered. When someone else came through the door, someone finally came from the back. I told her that I've been waiting for a good 15 mins and she said oh that they're in a meeting and didn't hear me. Anyways, they checked me in and went back to the meeting. I was there 30 minutes early for my appointment and let me tell you, there were no patients in there, and by the time it was time for my appointment, nobody came and got me. Someone had just came in for their shift so I told her to see how long it would be. Finally the tech got out of the meeting to call me in. She said that it was not her fault because the manager wanted her in the meeting. Come to find out that they couldn't even do my imaging there. So next time, please read my order beforehand, that's why I was there 30 minutes early. And next time, don't schedule STAFF MEETINGS when you have people with appointments!!!
