Locke's Online Review Report Card

I scheduled online on the Adventist website to be seen since it said Dr. Locke was accepting new patients. I waited nearly a whole month for the appointment and had several texts to confirm my appointment and even an actual phone call the day before my appointment to confirm. On the same day I got another phone call saying Dr. Locke wasn’t accepting new patients and they had cancelled my visit. It was a waste of my time and i should have been notified MUCH earlier so I could have searched and scheduled for another Doctor!!

Dr Locke started out great but as my ailments progressed she made me feel more of a burden to her. She literally threw her arms up in the air and told me, "I don't know what to do with you." I was extremely ill at the time and left her office feeling depressed on top of being ill. Her documentation in my chart didn't match our conversation and all my symptoms at that time either. I had to change primary physicians

Dr. Locke is wonderful. Her office is efficient and appointments are easy to schedule. Waiting time in both the waiting room and exam rooms are short. She is very thorough and reviews your lab results with you so you understand what is being monitored. I would highly recommend Dr. Locke to friends and family.

Terrible ettiquite yet tried to paint me as bad guy for being frustrated at their lack of organization and poorly trained staff telling me that they would fulfill my orders within 72 hours and never doing it. Broken commitments to me and I am just plain fed up with them. Stuck it out for a few years but no more I quit

Previously couldn't get them to approve a refill for a full week. First we were told it would be the next day, then we were told to wait 24 hours (more). Then told we need to request 24 hours ahead. After the 24 hours we were told that we need to request 72 hours ahead but they would mark it urgent. Request was made on Monday, it wasn't until Friday that we got the refill-after numerous phone calls on numerous days. Today called pharmacy about prescription sent in by doctor's office on Friday. Pharmacy said they sent email to doctor that it cannot be filled and they need to replace with different prescription. Called the doctor's office and was told it would take 72 HOURS before they would respond but they would mark it urgent. This is a prescription needed NOW!

This was for a "welcome to Medicare" visit. Dr. Locke was kind and attentive. She prescribed appropriate blood tests and I'm just waiting on the results. She made appropriate recommendation for inoculations. All good.
