List of Medpoint Management's Reviews
I thought the staff was very caring and upbeat (for being a hospital!). After being admitted twice, in close proximity, for multiple days, I still feel that way. Not giving five stars becuz a certain security guard's words and actions just did not seem acceptable to me.
If you trust these fanatics what happened to Adora Perez or Chelsea Becker could happen to you.
Wish you could give ZERO stars!! Do not go to his hospital. They are rude, violate HIPPA and they only care about their money. They tried to take my copay before I was seen, or treated, the nurse giving me the medication the doc ordered didn’t even know what she was giving me when I asked her what it was she said she “thinks”. They don’t room you, they keep you out in the waiting room and no one seems to check on you, or let you know what’s going on. I’ve worked in hospitals before and this is by far the worse hospital I’ve ever been to.Wish you could give ZERO stars!! Do not go to his hospital. On 12/2/21 I went to Adventist Health for my scheduled surgery . Arrived at 6 AM . Waited about 10 mins to be seen. A RN named Joy helped me out. She took my vitals and asked basic surgery questions. I was nervous and I believe she sensed it . RN Joy mentioned to me she said the same surgery with the same surgeon. She made me feel better. I also meet Nurse Mee(I believe that’s her name), and another gentlemen. During my recovery RN Leigh Kenney came in and took care of me wonderfully .She and the others were amazing !!! I was nervous going to the hospital due to all the awful reviews but, honestly I had a great experienced. Immediately after meeting Nurse Joy I knew I was going to be in good hands . Thank you Adventist Health for doing a great job .Once again I am speaking about my experience .On 12/2/21 I went to Adventist Health for my scheduled surgery . Arrived at 6 AM . They are a joke and then they have the indicensy of laughing at my face while I was physically there. I asked to talk yo manager and she did nothing trying to lye to my face that the "receptionist" was not doing that and that I was being to sencitive. I told her I was coming here for 10 years and the way they treat people never change. I am trying to get a hold of the direct and will NOT STOP until my voice is heard. They try covering each other up. It's ridiculous!!!! They are a joke!!!
This hospital has the BEST birth center! The nurses were amazing. Shout out to Mary for being so awesome at nursing. Even when she was on her own, she was checking up on me ALL THE TIME. Shout out to Lily for handling my baby so gently. Shout out to Dr. Sayed Mohammed Basel for taking care of me during delivery. Shout out to the cleaning crew because my room was SO CLEAN. That whole place was spotless. Thank you so so much. Shout out to all the triage nurses for being so patient with me. Dr. Ricardo Martinez with the textbook perfect epidural application. Lupe for being awesome with my mom. Marie Flores for handling the paperwork. The Philipino nurse. I forgot your name but sorry about my mom. All the haters are nothing but Karens and Kens that just live to be aholes. This hospital has the BEST birth center! The nurses were amazing. Shout out to Mary for being so awesome at nursing. I now understand why long-term Hanford residents avoid this hospital. Based on my experience during 30 hours in this hospital (ER and regular ward), terrible quality of care. In my view, dangerously so.
Nurse's dont help or care
Adventist hospital in Hanford. Completely mis diagnose my husband. They just made up a diagnose without checking with blood work. They started him on steroids that would have killed him. When I question their methods. They got mad and literally threw my husband out. Which actually turned out to be a blessing. Because as soon as I took him home he passed out and I had to call an ambulance and had him taken to Fresno Community Hospital. They immediately ran a host of blood work. And discovered. My husband infact had Valley Fever. Steroids would be the last resort. Would have cause damage without repair. Plus. The doctors in Hanford we're rude and unprofessional. The only favor they did was to release him. Fresno Community saved my husband's life!Adventist hospital in Hanford. Completely mis diagnose my husband. In the beginning this seemed like a great place to go. Our doctors are okay but I don't like not being able to get ahold of my doctors office through their call center. Every time I call the call center I am caller number 40 and if you leave a call back number no one calls back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
