Reznik Boris's Online Review Report Card

I went to Dr. Reznick for stomach pains and bloating. He observed only my side of my stomach and says I have “Costochondritis” well sure maybe I do!? But what about my stomach problems!! I have pain inside my stomach not the side of my breast bone. I have previous IBS, and wanted a Endoscopy or colonoscopy done abs he tells me no it’s not necessary!? Umm...yes I do believe it is necessary!! This Dr was lacking care and did not seem to care if I was in pain he seemed like he didn’t want to do any procedures that needed to be done! He wasn’t very helpful at all during my visit. And I will seek a second opinion. I seen on other reviews he has diagnosed other patients with the same diagnosis! I’m so ashamed of Advanist Health, they should really look into this crooked doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Reznik in June of 2021, finally was seen in August. I presented all of my symptoms to which he completely wrote it off as IBS and had me tested for Celiac and tried 2 different medications. He also said that having a colonoscopy was "unnecessary" (this is important!!) However, with both of them you shouldn't prescribe them to patients that are having any kind of bleeding so of course they didn't do anything for me. When I told him that my symptoms hadn't improved aside from cramping, he said it was great that I was seeing "improvement" and that if I needed anything to call and schedule an appointment with them. I went back to my doctor and was referred to UCSF in Fresno where that GI apologized for my experience with Reznik and ran blood work, a stool study, ultrasounds, and a COLONOSCOPY!! After all of my tests were ran, it was determined that I have ULCERATIVE COLITIS all the way to my transverse colon!! Had Reznik cared enough to run the proper tests, it wouldn't have taken an extra year for me to get a proper diagnosis. I'm grateful that another doctor listened to me, whereas this one did not. If anyone gets referred to Dr. Reznik, go see someone else!

En mi opinión nada bueno este doctor, yo tengo muchos años con dolor en la boca del estomago desde que era niña para estas alturas de mi edad ya el problema es mucho peor. Desde hace como 6 años el dolor es muy fuerte la medecina no me ayuda despues de varios estudios tengo gastritis y una hernia hiatal mi doctor de cabecera me ha recetado de varias medecinas las que no me ayudan mucho mi problema ya es de sangrado por ambos lados, y me refirio con este doctor para que me evaluara y me tratara, a lo que este doctor no me hiso nada en lo absoluto primera cita con el solo me dijo te voy a mandar una medecina a la farmacia y es todo no necesitas mas nada ni otra cita ni nada y esa medecina solo te va ayudar si la tomas un dia si y dos no, porque si la tomas diario a las dos semanas ya no te va a servir y segun me mando la medecina a la farmacia para eso escuche que era una medecina que ya mi doctor de cabecera me la avia dado pero a la fecha no la eh podido agarrar porque en la farmacia no le entendieron a la nota y an tratado de comunicarse con él y momas nada ni con él, ni con su enfermera entonces yo sigo igual bueno peor porque cada dia que pasa se empeora mas el problema.

I like this MD. Having a colonoscopy is not something we all look forward to but as far as colonoscopys go...Dr. Reznik was much better than my previous one.I wish more people would post positive comments instead of only the negative.

Dr Reznik was so caring he sure knows how to calm your fears. I am so glad I chose to come into his office. I would definitely recommend him to any of my family and friends.He listened to all of my complaints of pain and fears of what could be wrong he gave me some medication for some of my symptoms and is going to do a procedure rite away to get to the bottom of my heath issue. Thank you Dr. Reznik!!!

Stubborn, but knowledgeable. Whatever time your appointment is, add an hour to that because you’ll be waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes then in the room for 30. It’s also 100 degrees everywhere in their office.

I got referred to Dr Reznik to determine GI symptoms and provide additional testing for health conditions I’ve been experiencing. He did a 5 minute physical exam and diagnosed me with “tietze syndrome” which is a diagnosis only diagnosed by exclusion. He excluded nothing, no additional tests were performed by Dr Reznik. Tietze syndrome is also a condition affecting the second and third rib/chest and sternum area. My issues are currently affecting my LLQ and LRQ area of my abdomen (seventh rib, kidney area, and left lower abdominal sections). I became confused at how quickly he determined such an intricate diagnosis with no information on me, I continued to ask questions about his conclusion, he became frustrated that I wasn’t accepting his answer. I was essentially ignored out of his office.

Excellent doctor one of the most honest and upfront I've ever been to for my mom who has had problems for years.

Dr Reznik and his staff are both professional, and attentive. Dr. Is extremely knowledgeable and concerned for each an every patient. Took great care of me as well as making me feel safe. Patient care from him an his office staff was top of the line.
