The best urgent care experiences I've ever had. They had me in and out in less than half the time it normally takes elsewhere, and the nurse, nurse practitioner, and doctor were so kind and understanding and thorough.
On September 1 at around 2 pm I cut my finger in the process of making a meal. I've had bad experiences with doctors and hospitals in the past so going to one was not my first thought. Therefore, I wrapped up my finger and went to sleep. At 6:00 pm I checked on my cut and realized it was still bleeding and at this point I could actually see my tissue so I decided to give doctors another chance again. I'm so glad I chose to go to Urgent Care of Hanford because they made me feel so much better since the beginning. Nurse Erin made me laugh constantly throughout the vitals process all the way up to meeting doctor Matt. Doctor Matt did not stay behind he was so patient with me because I was visibly tense. It was my first time getting stitches and having a cut so deep but thanks to this amazing nurse and doctor I got all patched up. I'd definitely RECOMMEND going to Urgent Care of Hanford.
Staff & Np were amazing!
Excellent care.
Excellent support between primary care doctor's visits. Thanks to the staff.
Staff is polite and efficient. Easy peasy.
Came in today (as an out-of-state patient) from a 48 hr fall/rolling of both ankles ....my husband went in to ask for a wheelchair for me and out came Erin (a nurse) with a wheelchair....very impressive. She was very polite and wheeled me right in to where I completed the necessary paperwork. They ordered x-rays right away of both ankles and feet. Pam from x-ray came right away and wheeled me to a separate building just across the way. She was so sweet and personable. Made the experience of having 12 films pleasant. She then wheeled me back to the urgent care where Jasmine had politely taken in my paperwork and was so very nice as well. I saw Cristian, a physician assistant, who was kind as well, answered all questions we had and guided us in to the next steps that needed to be taken. My experience here was delightful even in my situation of having the injury that I do. Everyone mentioned in this post was very professional, polite, helpful and seemed to really care about me and my situation. I'll probably never need them again due to living out of state, but if I did I would not hesitate to come back in for treatment.
I used to LOVE this place. With the old doctor and nurse. In the last year, the whole staff has changed. Now it's horrible. My ten year old daughter damaged her ankle coming home from school. I brought her in right away. The nurse at the receptionist desk was very rude. She claimed that my daughter didn't have insurance. I said nooo she's fully covered. She then pushed the monitor aside and said LOOK CAN YOU SEE IT? She doesn't. So I had to call my insurance MYSELF. They said yes she's fully covered. I said ok then HOW do I get that information to this nurse sitting in front of me. He said she can just call and verify it. So she says OH well they're usually closed after five so I didn't call. WTH? So then she said they didn't have an XRay tech after five. The NP came out and looked at her ankle and gave me a paper for the next day. That's fine but then I had to help my daughter"hobble" back to the car. She was in pain and it was difficult. But no one offered a wheelchair! Come to find out, she could have gotten crutches/boot/air cast ANYTHING with my insurance. The next day as we hobble into X-ray, the technician became IRATE and told me that they were SUPPOSED to give me something to help her walk. So the next day, I call for the results at urgent Care. They claim to not have them. They said call AFTER five! It's 1130 AM! My daughter has now missed TWO days of school because she cannot walk! So I called XRay. The receptionist said that she had sent them over THE NIGHT BEFORE!!! She became frustrated with the urgent Care too. She said she'd refax them. I called BACK to this urgent care to tell them. She said ok. 230 I call back. Yes we have them but we're too busy right now to review them. Now in the meantime, my daughter is still crawling on the floor, not going to school, and in pain. I go BACK in to this urgent Care after work. It is now 4 PM on the THIRD DAY. No one has looked at her x-rays. No one has given me assistance with her walking. I paid for crutches out of pocket. SO TO GET ANYTHING DONE, I HAD TO HAVE HER SEEN AGAIN! so now I pay ANOTHER copay and the nurse starts arguing with me about my daughter getting a boot!!! The same rude nurse as before. We finally see the doctor. No vitals were taken. But I have to say I'll give the one star because the doctor was actually very nice.
I’ve had severe stomach issues for months, and recently went to this urgent care. My job requires me to take notes in every time I have to go home early or miss work. The nurse, not the doctor, but the nurse actually told me she refused to give me a note for work because I had to get one the prior week for my stomach issues. She was aware of my Gastrology appointments, my 2 month waiting list to see my doctor, my employment predicament, but all she had to say was “I am not giving you a note every time you come in here. We are like a bandaid, if you need a note go to your doctor.” I was under the impression that I was there to see a doctor, not get a lecture from a nurse with the same medical ranking as me. I will never go here again, and if you’re sick your probably better off just going to the local E.R..
I've been waiting for an hour to be seen at my scheduled appointment. It's always the same. terrible service

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
