Courteous service! Will be sad that they are closing their Hanford practice for now.
used to go to this doctor many years ago, and I ended up leaving because it took forever to get seen. I shared my experience with others who were going to her, and those who chose to leave too. Just recently my mother passed away (January), and we had constantly told my mom to get another doctor, but she confided in Tomlinson. Two months before my mom had passed, we convinced her to go to the hospital, and they sent her home telling her it was her medicine. She called Tomlinson, and she told her to continue taking the meds, never once asking her to come into to the office. Late December my mom is far worse, because she can't breathe, she's fatigue (sleeping all day), and she gets blood work done, and the office of Tomlinson tells her she won't get the results until the next day, and no call. Next thing you know, it's vacation time for the office, and we then take my mom to the hospital, because she fell due to no strength, and she had stopped eating. Still, no word from her doctor. January 4th, we call Tomlinson's office, and SURPRISE, she's not available. We explain what's happening, and she suggests that my mom is having a stroke and take her to the E.R. Well, no stroke. My mom checks into the E.R on January 4th, and dies on January 6th. According to her death certificate, she had pneumonia and respiratory failure for weeks, and yet her doctor didn't bother to have her go in. My mom had been rescheduled so many times last year, it was ridiculous. We get a phone call a couple of days later from Tomlinson's office reminding my mom of her appointment!!!! Really?! This office is worthless, and they don't care for their patients!

She is the very best doctor I have every had! I am now 71 and Dr. has cared for me 16 years. Even now that I have moved quite a distance away, I still see her every 6 months for my regular check up. She is current and listens to patients. I cannot do without her. I trust her totally. She has taken care of me through the most difficult surgeries and times.

She is a wonderful part time Dr when you are lucky enough to see her. She works only on Wednesday half a day, Thursdays 9-4 and Friday's till noon. So pray you don't get sick and you need a fallowup with her after going to urgent care.

I have scheduled two appointments for myself and one for my husband and all have been cancelled by the provider on the day of. When I want to reschedule I can't get an appointment until well into the next month. The reasons are always that the Doctor had something cone up. Once is understandable but three times is ridiculous. Time to find another Doctor. One that actually sees patients.

I love the Dr.but it is unfortonate that her staff doesnt make up for it.You cant speak to your doctor directly you have to speak to the staff with a personal question and at the end you dont get the correct answer from her staff. You wait for a return call for about four weeks and you cant just call and shedule an urgent appointment. It's just too bad because she is a wondersul doctor. The wait 1 hour to get in and another hour waiting in the room.

My experience with this doctor has been horrible. I am constantly fustrated with the doctor and the staff. I found a lump in my breast and the soonest appointment just to see the doctor was 3 weeks away, not to mention I still had to be referraled for the mammogram. The doctor prescribed me a new med, but didnt give me the prescription slip, instead she had her staff call it in but, but they took days to call it in. Also numerous times, it has taken 2 weeks just to get a refill on a med. She rarely gives automatic refills on meds and she will only prescribe 40 pills at a time, while other doctors I have seen will prescribe 60 pills at a time. One time the staff gave me attitude because I was requesting a refill and it hadnt been a month yet, I called them back when I realized the doctor was only prescribing me enough pills to last 20 days. My copay is $5.00 dollars whether she prescribes 40 or 60 pills, so this doctor is shorting me 20 pills.
