List of Sorensen Eric's Reviews
great doctor but horrible staff. the front desk likes to play phone tag and cancel your appointments with no warningZ if I'm sick I need my meds. I do not need this mess of a person they call a receptionis. fire her!
The worse customer service ever. I dislike this place so much because of the front desk. Rude. Cancels appointments without telling you. Beats around the bush because they’re too lazy to work.
Dr.Sorensen prescribed my a med and I had a question about my medication and Melissa Aguirre on numerous occasions has told me to stop calling and never followed up with and also told me that the doctor was out for a week and no one else could answer my question and to refer to another doctor knowing Doctor Sorensen prescribed me my medication. Totally unacceptable not even a follow and this office would make excuses to why they couldn’t answer my questions then help me I don’t recommend this clinic
Seen pa which I believe was pretty good however, needed blood work before next appointment and staff would not get me a lab slip without seeing Dr which would be a waste of time for me and Dr. Going to new dr. Next week... What a waste of time and experience for me to take up an appointment just for him to say "well let's see what the lab says" sound like a money grab to charge insurance for office visit to write a lab sheet...
Sorensen used to be pretty good but as the years progressed he sort of just tries to push you thru (I've been seeing him since 1998). He missed my bad gall bladder diagnosis and I almost died. Some new med student that thought to get my gall bladder tested saved me. Eric as well as his urgent care kept telling me I had a stomach bug for at least 6 months or more. Worst on-going pain of my life.
Good service and great doctor
I wish I could give you a lower level the staff is substandered and archrarct Hanford office has a IDGOS attitude it's a job. i've only stayed because of a PA who took care of the patients, that person is gone. Now I'm on day 3 waiting for this person to call me back after they fucked up my medication. Pharmacy called me 2times regarding my medication. I callled Dr. Sorensen's office twice. First time told it was the pharmacy's issu, called the the pharmacy and was told my health provider wrote something far different than explained to me in the 9 minute, he spent with me. I waited 90 minutes for 9 minutes of his time. I'm in a wheelchair dealing with medical issues and these jokers. Still don't have my medication nor have I received a call back from this office.
I had been a patient with Sorenson (Dr. Feel good) for over 20 years and I am so glad to say I will be finding a new doctor. For starters they used to have extremely nice front desk staff, now the people who answer the phones have no idea what’s going on and are so RUDE. There is no reason to be rude to someone trying to make an appointment to feel better. Another issue is that everytime I go there I never see a real doctor it is always PA’s that seriously look like deer in the headlights. I have to go to the doctor with my own diagnosis because these PA’s do not and will not help you. They get overwhelmed by any information you try to provide them, they have no idea of your medical history or anything. The sad thing is there actually used to be good PA’s there that would listen and help but now those people like Matt W. Or Crystal have either left or turned into every other horrible PA. The only positive person there who I always enjoy seeing is Pam she is caring and remembers you very well, I wish more of those PA’s could be like her. I will never be coming to this death trap again
I have used doctor Erik and doctor Neil Sorenson my whole life. They are great doctors but I went to a physician's assistant there name Matt he is the worst doctor I have ever been to . He did not want to hear anything that I wanted to tell him it was my 1st visit in years and I am 66 years old and have many problems and need many surgeries. He did not want to hear about any of them all he wanted to do is check his watch and to make sure that I was out of there in 10 minutes. And then when it was all over with I don't know if I had too many problems for him but he said he did not want to see me anymore. I don't understand you go to a doctor and you want to get taken care of but you will not get taken care of by the physician's assistant's name Matt he wants to do things his way. I have appointment with doctor Sorenson on the 29th I sure hope he fixes this situation.
ALL and I mean ALL the staff are knowledgeable AS WELL as compassionate (seriously !! not many places can you find that!) Top rate care! So much positivity in one place! This team of professionals are a wonderful combination.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
