General practitioner with no pep in his step. I can pull more interaction from a sleeping toddler. Doesn't seem to have much interest patients care. Incompetent doctors assistant with very limited medical vocabulary . Most patients I've seen there are well into there senior days. Dated facility , below average office staff. Clearly stay away.

I have been a patient of Nicholas Urrutia for 5 years. Yesterday, after several days of trying to get a medication issue resolved, I was told by the office manager, Christopher Urrutia to consider euthanasia and he further offered to give me phone numbers in Oregon to contact to that end. I was devastated and shocked. But the response of the doctor when I finally spoke to him left me absolutely gutted. He simply ignored the information apparently. He just went on discussing my medication and seemed absolutely uninterested in his office manager/brother telling a patient to consider suicide!!! I have the conversation with Christopher recorded as he has been rude in the past and I expected it again. But absolutely nothing could have prepared me for what he said to me. I'm just very glad I have it recorded as, of course, he is denying that he said exactly that!! Well Christopher, we will see what the state medical board thinks of your advice! Absolutely ridiculous! I thought that maybe I was the only one treated this way but it's apparent there is a pattern of abuse that is being completely ignored by the doctor.

The staff is rude, not polite, or nice, and unwelcoming with bad attitudes. The Docter is behaves careless, unattentive, incompentent are irresponsible. He highley discriminates and takes advantage of those with specific health diseases, and mental illnesses. The other Doctors don't stay employed at he's office very long.

My experience with Dr. urrutia is all ways a good experience, he listens and not just rush you out when trying to explain sysmtoms to him, he’s smart and just a wonderful DR. And I will recommend him to anyone

This Dr is a quack. I'm not sure if his son but ur rut tia is a *ss hole. His staff is rude. If he was the only Dr in the world I still wouldn't see him. BTW I'm being nice

I have been going to this dr office for over 15 years. I never had any problems until ANA! I have never heard a receptionist be so disrespectful and rude. She has several different times put me on hold for 19 minutes. When I would call back and let her know I was on hold for 19 minutes she raised her voice and said I was a liar! The next time she put me in hold I took a screenshot and went in and showed her the screenshot. She stated that I photoshopped the picture! My most recent was two weeks ago, I went in to get my kids immunization records because we were moving out of state. I specially asked if everything was correct. She snapped back with a smart comment. Turns out they aren't correct they gave my daughter two shots but didn't mark it on the paperwork. Now my daughter is out of school because of this screw up. Ana said it can take up to three weeks!!!! My daughter can't be out of school that long!!! Every time I call she hangs up!!

Parents have been going to this office for years, just recently Dad had a bad rash/infection we wanted to have him seen quickly & the reception that answered was extremely rude & unprofessional! Not to mention they acted like my dad had no record of being seen there, this office is horrible! It seemed like they did not want to help their patients, like it was an inconvience to them! Do not recommend !!!!

Dr. Urrutia is a caring and thorough physician.

Dr. Urrutia has very bad service. We arrived at the emergency appointment with an ear infection, loss of balance and temperature .. And just tell us to cancel your appointment LES .. .. as well as a telephone number, a year ago, and have my new number .. oh is that the person is in front again ... What ??? This is not a game .. it is the health of my family. and two weeks remind me of another quote ... (not so they knew where to call) and to cancel the rude response and wrong answers of "new employee". ..WE ARE PEOPLE., not objects.

Unrealistic wait times. Come in to an empty waiting room and exam rooms and wait an hour just for the Doctor to say "It's normal."
