I had an absolutely amazing experience at Western Dental. From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, from explaining treatment plans to walking me through payment options. The front desk staff, doctor, and technicians were all outstanding! Easily the best team I’ve experienced. I felt genuinely cared for from the moment I walked in, and they made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and stress-free, including setting up my follow-up appointments. I especially want to recognize David, he truly made my experience exceptional. Because of him and the entire team, I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I had a great experience at this Western Dental Lacey location ! From the front desk to the dental assistants, everyone was professional and welcoming. They were very thorough and took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly without making me feel rushed. The office was clean, and I was seen right on time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for efficient and friendly care!

Every one is really friendly and nice. They answer your question and speak to you with patience, I go to the one on Lacey and I recommend it.

Horrible service and nobody seems to know what they're talking about. I went to one facility on 11th avenue and they couldn't do most of the work I needed done so they sent me to the one on Lacey but Lacey had no provider for a while so I wasn't able to get much done. I got a couple things done and went back to the one on 11th and they told me they couldn't see me due to Insurance not wanting to cover the treatment if I had been seen at a different location, which made no sense because I've been seen at that facility before I had ever been to the other one. Then I was also told by the facility on 11th that the Lacey facility is only open on Saturdays and this was after a while of it not being open at all according to them. Not to mention when I was going to the one on Lacey, there was more than one occasion where I had an appointment and they were closed. I called to make an appointment for Saturday because I was told they're open Saturday and they made me appointment for Tuesday and said they don't know why they told me that they were only open on Saturday because they are open 5 days a week. I told them the things that I needed done and I wasn't sure if I needed an exam or not since it was taking so long just to get seen again. The way they scheduled It was for an exam, even though I had told them I needed a cleaning too, and the exam was questionable. Next I get a message saying they canceled my appointment and called me and told me that I couldn't be seen for an exam because I didn't need one and they weren't gonna be able to do anything else either. I spoke to management to resolve the issue of the back-and-forth and got a text message with a new appointment so I'm thinking everything is fine at this point and so I go to the appointment and again they can't see me because it's for an exam. I spoke to the manager there who informed me that the appointment was made by corporate ... imagine that even the corporate office is incompetent. I literally was complaining about this very issue and they still scheduled me for an exam.. Zero out of 10 stars, I would not recommend anybody go to this place unless you wanna waste a lot of your time. This is on top of another incident where my son went to this dental place and they said he was scheduled for one thing when I told the operator something else which was also an issue, but they did manage to get him in that day because I was I was questioning why they couldn't see him. They did a temporary filling that came off the very next day and I just had to bring him back and then when I brought him back, they tried to have him go home and say that they don't have time for a permanent feeling when that was literally why I was there and what the appointment was for. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Front desk and people in the back including doctor made me feel so comfortable & calm definitely an amazing group of people would recommend to all my family and friends!

Officially done with Western Dental. At the 11th Street office, I overheard staff talking about how nasty other patients’ teeth were. At this location, it took almost an hour to be seen even though I had an appointment

Took our son. They saw him 45 min past time of his appointment after taking in 3 people who came in after him He had lost a piece of his tooth days earlier. They told him there was nothing wrong with his tooth, that it is normal to lose parts of your tooth.

Awesome, friendly staff. Everything was explained thoroughly - what needed to be done, how much my insurance would cover, and payment options for what wasn’t covered by my insurance. I definitely recommend this Western Dental clinic. I have found a dental clinic that I will stay with for sure. Great experience all around.

Great staff with great professionalism. Explained everything they needed clearly and concisely. Went in with 2 teeth need to get pulled asap and was able to get it done same day as my appointment. 5 stars.
