I don’t recommend this urgent care bcuz the Doctor looks like not listening to my concern and have to go back cuz my prescription has different Patients name instead of mine lol.. they don’t answer nor return my calls and it’s urgent. I like the girl Jackie who use to work in the front she’s so nice very thoughtful I like how she deal with patients very comforting and She always help me and smile . Too bad the girls said she quit. I won’t come back here anymore.

Can i just say , this has been the worst clinic I have ever been to. I came in for the urgent care that they have , i ended up waiting an hour! Urgent care ? i think not. Let me just break down .The front office , all the girls are sweet -right away i knew not to blame them. The girl in the front desk was so sweet and assured me that they were trying their best to get patients in and out while still maintaining customer service. You could see she already had a lot on her plate and (i'm assuming) her boss comes in practically demanding she drops everything and go to downstairs to mail something for her mortgage. ofc i couldve heard wrong ,but i'm pretty that's what i heard. The doctor moments after goes to her desk and starts complaining about them not having patients when all the rooms are filled and they already have a really long line of people waiting for her. You could tell right away that this doctor and their boss only care for themselves and the money they're getting . there's patients here who had an appointment in the morning and are still waiting. Of course tho , the only people they have room for are filipino patients , right away doctor makes room for them. While the front desk girls are saying other patients have appointments when they don't. I was pretty upset but then i realized that the girls working back office ARE INTERNS ! did i say girls ? i meant one girl. She was pretty quick , i had no complains about her she was really sweet , very quick to get me seated to a room and continued to apologize for the wait. I asked her if it was a busy day and she kindly smiled , i then realized that this poor intern practically had to babysit this doctor. The doctor then begins to yell at her for something she was not taught to do for this office. She quickly runs out the room to get assistant and the front desk girl begins. Instead of the doctor explaining her how it should be done he embarrassed her in front of me. Not even  a minute after he begins to yell at the front desk girl . SHE was really embarrassed. once i have finished the girl who vitales me is is asking another intern for help . the women who wanted her mortgage down comes in right away saying that she has to learn how to do it on her own . to sum everything up doc didn't even listen to what i have to say :boss was rude not only to me but the employeesthe poor employees are misstreated and unappreciated doctor doesn't care about customer service and takes his sweet ass timepeople who own the business are so money hungry that they don't have simple stuff like tissue ? the front desk lady handles everything and is mistreated only the girls who work there care about their patients .doctor only cares about his race and not anyone else
