Ananias Ebilane's Online Review Report Card

Ive never been inside but today I was walking home from work and a lady fainted right in front. The moment the people standing outside saw me run up to the lady to see if she was ok they went inside and shut the door. I am 2 months pregnant (high risk). Offered the lady an ambulance but she rejected the offer and said she lived around the corner. I personally went to the door of this clinic asking for help because im pregnant, panacking not knowing what to do. I cant carry the lady or her groceries home and she needed assistance. A nurse finally came to the door. She was so rude I told her what happened informed her im pregnant. Her response was it happened outside so we're not taking care of her. This lady is literally sitting on the entrance of this place.Again i tell her I'm pregnant can you guys please help. She then said, her exact words "we're in lunch". I then went back to the lady and told her they denied helping her and that i needed to see that she can stand up and walk or im calling an ambulance. She managed to get up i gave her water and walked with her to her apt around the corner. Its terrible how this is a health facility and you have an elderly lady that just fainted at your entrance and a high risk pregnant woman asking for help and they did nothing. Couldnt even open the door to speak to me. That "nurse" was yelling at me through the glass. Couldn't even offer her water. I hope they take better care of their patients. I will never attend this office.

Dr. Ebilane is very kind , however his team seems to close up the office early which effects his rating greatly. Customer Service is key... He doesn't just try to medicate you he tries to find natural ways to help first and is very compassionate.

Front desk was very rude/short. I called to schedule an appointment. The desk told me to call back with my insurance card. I called back 30 seconds later, and the call was sent to voicemail saying the office was closed even though it was still within their normal business hours.

I have been going to Dr. A. Ebilane for years and I trust him very much with my health. I know that he will make the best suggestions and will provide me with the best advise and care. He takes care of my mom as well. I recommend him to all my family and friends so this 5 star review was a no brainer for me.

Was my grandmother's well trusted doctor for many years. She lived to be 102. Has also treated some additional relatives including my father.

ZERO STARS. Don't come here! All the women that work there are extremely rude and unhelpful. wouldn't recommend this place. The People here are very unprofessional, one of the ladies in the front hung up with me in the middle of my question just because she didn't want to answer my question, and when i called back they were purposely forwarding my call to V/M. very disrespectful people.

Dr. Ebilane is the best. Staff are nice. The reason why I only gave 4 stars because the wait time is really bad. Whenever I visit, 2 hours is the minimum waiting time, lucky if you'll be seen in 2 hours. But overall, it's an amazing Doctor's office. I was treated well. My issues were solved.Dr. Ebilane is my Dad's Doctor too. He's very good with communication. My Dad has this awful condition with Arthritis, whenever he gets flare attacks, Dr. Ebilaine is just a call away. And I thank him for that. For always accommodating and taking care of my Dad.

Dr. Ebilane rocks!He has been my primary doctor for more than 20 years. Great thing about Dr. Ebilane is he'll never beat around the bush. Rey is right, the place is always packed but if you check with those in the waiting room, they will tell you that they've been with Dr. Ebilane for about the same length of time as well. Even if I live 40 miles away from his office, I can't see myself switching to another doctor.Pro - great DoctorCon - Long waiting time

I've been coming to Dr Ebilane almost half my life. He is an excellent person and a very good physician. Understand that's he's a general practitioner so he does referrals for situations he is unable to facilitate. His office is typically packed because he is the only doctor. Expect a wait even with an appointment. But, he provides soothing and reassuring service to his patients.
