This is a total scam office. They claim to take Medi-Cal, but they actually don't and they bill you. Scammers !!!!!!!! Then they put you on hold for 10 minutes at a time and never get back to you. I had to call for almost a year before I got somebody to finally tell me oh yeah now that it's been over a year you have to pay that bill and you're going to collections. I'm so pissed off. Scammers, rude and unprofessional and all they wanna do is get you in tell you they take your insurance get a bunch of x-rays and then later tell you that you owe a bunch of money so beware. Don't be fooled. They are scammers. I'm reporting them

I would like to thank Jose, for fixing my crowns that were temporary compared to the ones that was first put it was not a good look. Hello José You did an awesome excellent job in repairing them the correct way because the first one by the time I got out the door, the one in the back fell out of my mouth. I was unable to eat that night and thanks to you. I can eat now. I appreciate you. You took your time you asks me these questions step-by-step along the way to my satisfaction and I just want to say you have excellent Customer Service and I want to thank you again. Now I can smile until my permanent crowns come in. I'm so grateful to you keep up the good work. Thank you Jose

I went in for a check-up as a new patient. The intake process was super smooth and very 21st century through email and online via text. I actually forgot to do it the day before, but I did it right then and there when I got to the office no problem. The staff were AMAZING. Brianna had 10/10 communication and outstanding customer service. Dr. Yomtoubian (Dr. John) is the best dentist I've had so far. He was very thorough in speaking with me about my concerns and investigated every one making sure everything was addressed. I received a teeth cleaning and tooth scaling and everyone made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Thank you Dr. John, Nancy, and Brianna!
