Very SKETCHY Place There Are Investigations Going On About This Facility As We Speak... No One Can Get Ahold Of The Patients Staying Here Very Unprofessional The Patients Sometimes Cannot Even See A Dr Daily.... Some Nurses Care & Some Can Care Less Place Is Extremely Dirty As Well.

false charting and they lie about your condition to make you stay longer. Was treated very poorly and was not given respect. The doctors will only see you for less than a minute. (No Joke) Staff needs to act more professional. It’s all about the money..

My friend's daughter was taken here for a mental issue. She talks in sentences using words and sometimes a weird language, no one understands, she screams at the top of her lungs for reasons unknown at all hours of the night, until the neighbors call the police, she chews her food then spits it out. She is not self sufficient at all. She doesn't flush the toilet, she cooked sausage in the coffee pot, her hygiene is not very good, she hallucinates. You get the picture. I could go on and on. They let her out after 72 hours. She can't be left alone. Why in the world would she be released and not helped. NEED HELP NOW

Never ever ever find yourself coming here under any circumstances.I had to spend a week in this hellhole because I got slapped with a bogus 5150 due to mentioning I had suicidal thoughts.  This hospital is a MESS and looks and feels like a total dump.  The nurses and orderly are dismissive and rude and nasty.  I was given medication that caused bizarre body twitches and it took two days to get them to give me something to stop the twitches and get me off the meds that were causing it, they first accused me of "med seeking" when I complained about this.  I had a roommate that had severe psychotic issues who had a history of attacking other patients and kept threatening to kill me.  It took them FIVE days for them to do anything about this and move me to another room.  A nurse even told me they didn't do anything about him because they didn't have enough room in their more secure unit, so they decided to put someone with suicidal thoughts in the same room as a violent psycho.  I saw people dragged out of their rooms kicking and screaming and guards telling people "to not fuck  with them" to patients.  Apparently they place every patient admitted on an additional hold, regardless of their condition, which causes financial and legal issues for the patient.  They just don't give a shit and just care about sapping money out of insurance and avoiding liability.  I was also told I would be leaving twice before I was finally discharged, because the psychiatrist was a complete oblivious idiot. I was also given a quickie diagnosis of bipolar which I imagine is total BS, because they decided it in five minutes.  All in all, a total hellhole that you should avoid under any and all circumstances.

The staff is awesome and always trying their best to make sure you are stable when you are discharged. It is really too many to name but, Kareem, Daniel, Marcus, and Ricky are the ones that took special care of making sure everything was smooth in difficult times. Thank you again.

could care less about your safety and well-being. If a veteran ends up here, they are especially dismissive and make unfounded claims as to the state of the individual. This place needs to be investigated and is something I am currently working on

I want to thank all of the staff that I encountered in there they were all so kind I deeply appreciate their hospitality.

Scary place maybe it was just a bad time but it felt like everything was falling apart and there was no structure. I just wanna find my friend Christiana who has seizure problems and didn't receive her medicine, got beat up by another girl who had been released from jail placed there. I punched her back since they were understaffed and didn't get the chance to talk to Tiana afterwards....thank you Ophelia for helping me get through those strange times. You're a wonderful nurse and deserve a raise, hope to see you someday..I can't wait to bring my dog for pet therapy, those were the good times.
