He wasn't listening to any of my concerns and said I have add but I don't require meds until I go to university for a real job. Made me feel so bad. Add affects my life everyday but since I just cashier, i don't deserve to get help.

The told I could show up before three to see a doctor. When I got here I was denied service at 2:45 Bc they stop seeing patients at 3pm. Drove out my way to be denied service. After I told the receptionist I wouldn’t make it until 240. She replied as long as it’s before 3pm. I was told please have a seat a supervisors coming to speak with you. Supervisor came in very cavalier saying we don’t extend our support after there. There was miscommunication with the front desk. Second location today third one in a week that wouldn’t provide me with support or service. My time is running low.

I would not recommend this doctor or facility to anyone suffering with ADD or ADHD as an adult. After presenting all the possible symptoms of having and learning disability, Dr. Jung recommended that I "train my brain to focus more" and become more motivated or seek another clinic. I have been battling with attention and focus for as long as I can remember & it took a lot of courage for me to finally come to conclusion that I might be suffering from a learning disability. To hear Dr, Jung speak these words was very distressing and negligent. I'm sure he is a good doctor outside of dealing with ADD/ADHD but if you are an adult suffering with symptoms of a learning disability I recommend you stay as far away from him and this clinic as possible.
