This place is a joke!!! Everyone should be fired they are in the business of wasting your time! They should be ashamed at their practice. A bunch of lazy people and doctors that care less. 2 hours minimum is what you'll wait for something as simple as blood pressure or temperature. The places that refer people here should get slapped in the face! Along with the people here!. Bayside medical joke!

This has to be the worst clinic I have ever been to. The staff has no idea what they are doing. With a 3 year old with a fever, they have had me waiting over an hour - mind you, I called and made a telehealth appointment. They gave me incorrect information about what I needed to pay, they asked me the same questions twice...it is ridiculous. They get no stars.

I have been here a few times. They never seem to accept the insurance once you arrive.It's on my last experience I will no longer be going to the urgent care. There are other places nearby that are much better. Cleaner newer and more helpful than Bayside.I specifically will not be going back because of their intrusive questionnaire and like a respect for privacy and HIPAA laws.They want to know if you are vaccinated before they see you. They will still see you regardless of your vaccination status but they require you to answer.I asked if they need me any vaccine. They then inquired about only the covid-19 vaccine with no interest if you have had any others. Not understanding why they would ask such a question, They claim they were just following orders And that I could take my business somewhere else if I don't want to answer the question. I went to a phenomenal urgent care on PCH. They did not ask such intrusive questions.They made it clear that they are in private business which is more important than patient care.
