My experience was absolutely terrible. First, let me warn any patients coming to this facility during this COVID-19 pandemic that NONE of the front staff are wearing any masks! I didn't see the doctor because just based off my impression of his front staff caused me to leave. They're rude, condescending, careless and incompetent to say the least. Literally tried to charge me a copay when they had no idea why I was there in the first place. Who does that? Anyone deserves better than the lack of care this facility gives. It is clear they have no desire to help people in any way.

The practice moved from Los Alamitos and I didn't get notified. I found out when I attempted to schedule an appointment for for an urgent matter. The receptionist is sweet but not very effective and efficient. It's fustrating to be told "I don't know" to basic questions.

My visits have been very frustrating a few times but I gave Dr. Danesh the benefit of the doubt. But my last two visits have been absolutely pointless and a waste of money. I learned that I had an infection so needed antibiotics. He told me he would prescribe me the antibiotics and never contacted me again or my pharmacy. Being just a few weeks pregnant, you would think he would be more attentive. Very insensitive.
