Such an amazing doctor. Made my experience well worth it. He talks with care and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. 11/10 rating for this podiatrist

I have being a patient of Dr Paoletti , He is a very knowledgeable, respectful and always take his time to explain your diagnosis as well as the treatment ahead to better solve your illness, he and his staff are very professional and courteous

After years of searching from Beverly Hills to Santa Monica and all over the South Bay I have found a true genius Diamond In The Rough! To be absolutely frank, I was not expecting much (which is all on me and my tendency to "Judge a Book by it's Cover" and worse yet is to AssUme!;) Patient #1 is my 34 year old son (autistic/high functioning/through the roof anxiety disorder) has been plagued with chasing chronic ingrown toenails and with intermittent fungal infections since childhood, to the point where he cannot wear closed-toe shoes. The situation has gotten worse over the past 2 years mainly due to stress from losing his job of 8 years, death of his BFF Loki (Dog), death of his Grandma, the Covid- Craze and wanting/needing to get back out into the workforce and get a new job. My son's Primary Care Physician is "old school" reasoning, "This is no big deal, just get them cut, get over it and get back to work already!" That type of reasoning is what a plague that eats away at a person's soul and basically is the nefarious culprit which causes my son to be plagued by something that will not go away. End result: No nail surgery, doctor has discovered recurring cellulitis which requires patience, soaking, checking back with him every month and "Get a Dog!" My son is very relieved!Patient #2 is my Husband, extremely hard worker recently retired (35+ years NGC) golf is his life and only thing that keeps him alive. Pain had forced him to stop running/jogging, to back off of golf and worse yet, back off of his love of taking his driver and whacking the ball 300 yards ("Me Have Big Club...Me Want to Hit Hard") due to debilitating pain in his foot that bears the weight when he torques through his swing. Due to work stress, he has already suffered from both DVT and Pulmonary Embolism and it was only his love of getting out there to golf that pulled him through that episode. End result: Dr Paoletti discovered buried HIV virus, which was within layers of callous but not deep enough to get into his bloodstream therefore in "Stasis" form. Doctor has given instruction for care (ongoing) which doesn't interfere with getting out to walk 18 holes 4 days a week. Oh! Forgot to mention Doctor created 2 sets of insoles, one for everyday wear and one specifically for golf with the perfect structure to accommodate the torque/tension imposed by his swing. Hubby is so happy that he can swing like a caveman again. I am so happy that he is no longer "Mr Cranky Pants" To wrap up my story, Doctor Paoletti is such a gem, such a genius and yes, a little rough around the edges however I think (Careful I may be assuming again Hahahaha) that's the gift he has, that which his priority is trying to "connect" with each patient because true understanding of how a patient really is (Their true nature, hence the body's natural healing) is a huge part of knowing where a doctor can assist in a curing what ails you and not prescribing a "Magic Pill" or "Cut off the Offending Object" immediately (move on...Next Patient!)It took me a minute to get over being called "Hard Headed" by him as "Helicopter-Mom" I can tolerate, but hard headed stung just a bit. Must mention that what convinced me that he is truly a "Good guy" are the patients you see in his waiting room (all real hard working people) his staff and Kelly! I had an immediate connection with Kelly over the phone while making the initial appointments! She reads me like a warm caring mom and if she can represent and tolerate Doctor Paoletti with the warm smile she always has on...Well that whole office is doing everything just right!

About 3 weeks ago my daughter who does Pointe Ballet (4 times/week) told me she was in an incredible amount of pain and showed me her toes and it was evident that there was a problem with the big toe on each foot. Having been down this road before a few years ago with my eldest child, I knew in-grown toenail surgery on each big toe was in my daughter’s immediate future. Now, I had to find a podiatrist. I Googled podiatrists in the area and one stood out, Dr. Paoletti. I was a little anxious as I never know if the reviews are genuine and accurate. Luckily, they were. My amazing experience started with my first phone call to the office. Kelly the nurse/receptionist at the front desk listened to my somewhat unique time constraints and squeezed my daughter into an appointment (I called on a Friday and Monday was not the best day for my schedule and I asked for the latest Tuesday appointment and she accommodated my request). When I walked in the office with my daughter, I saw a sign that stated only 3 people in the Waiting Room due to Covid and happily they enforced that safety requirement. I expected to wait a long time and in less than 5 minutes my daughter and I were brought in by Esther (the nurse). She was very friendly and asked about the presenting problem and told us that Dr. Paoletti would be in shortly. Two minutes later, Dr. Paoletti was in the room and was very affable, professional, and his humor put both my daughter and me at ease. Upon looking at my daughter’s two big toes, he said that he thought there was at least a 50% chance she could avoid surgery on both toes. He clipped the nails on my daughter’s big toes and while it was not painless due to her inflamed condition, it was over in about 1 minute. He then scrubbed the toe with hydrogen peroxide and a gauze pad. He gave us the instructions of soaking her feet for 20 minutes each night, with a combination of Epsom Salts and white Vinegar and we were instructed to come back in a week. We came back in a week and it looks very promising that she will avoid the surgeries. We have a follow-up appointment scheduled in about 2 weeks, but fortunately, my daughter is no longer in pain and is now able to dance in her classes (and do everyday walking) without any pain. Quite a contrast to when we first visited Dr. Paoletti and parked across the street when every step caused my daughter wincing pain. Dr. Poletti is professional, personable, reassuring, intelligent, very skilled, caring, nice and has an absolutely amazing bed-side manner. How many doctors today turn down the “financial opportunity” to perform surgery? Well, an honest Doctor named Robert Paoletti is the answer to that question. I cannot rave about Dr. Paoletti enough. I promise you he is the podiatrist to go to. Lloyd B

You couldn't find a nicer guy and a more competent practitioner! I always look forward to my appointments. I've had several toe surgeries and always felt confident that everything went well. What I believed to be nerve endings mending following a surgical procedure involving both feet, turned out to be a very different story. He told me he didn't think it was part of the healing process, but was coming from my neck. Turned out he was right and I wound up having C-Spine surgery. The doctor and office staff are welcoming, kind and caring. Even the other patients are nice, and for the most part, happy to be there. I've never found myself sitting in the waiting room for hours on end before seeing the doctor. I only wish he was a general practitioner...a primary doctor I could trust. Thanks much, "Dr. Dude"!

Great Doctor! Showed me on my Xray exactly why I was having pain in my big toe and explained my options in reducing pain. I did have the cortisone injection (ouch!)...but so glad I did. Highly recommend Dr. Paoletti!

Love this Dr. Finally getting some things done for my injury

Highly recommended!! As the father of a young athlete foot injuries and issues can really put a stress on training to compete at a high level. We tried all the typical solutions icing, different cleats l, sports creams and massages. Unfortunately his heel continued to flare up causing swelling and effecting his performance . After seeing Dr. Paoletti and his friendly staff he was back in action just like the good Doc said in three weeks! The stress is gone and his confidence in his foot has returned and his performance skyrocketed. Allowing us to train 5 days a week with no set backs!!!

Came in with foot pain very funny and knowledgable Dr. He ordered a pair of orthotics I never leave home without them after working 10 hour days and on my feet 9 of those 10 hours I come home with zero pain at all. Great Dr. Very kind and helpful.
