My regular dentist told me I needed a root canal. I saw Dr. Johl who told me he would need to extract one (and possible two) teeth and replace them with dental implants. (Just a note, tooth extraction is surgery and oral surgeons are most qualified to do this). I wasn't comfortable with that and ask my dentist to refer me to another endodontist. She agreed and the new endo did the root canal on one tooth with no problems and assured me that tooth extraction was not necessary.

I don't care how talented Dr. Tejpaul Johl THINKS he is, skill should NEVER outweigh bedside manner. He treats patients as if they are nothing more than a dollar sign, belittles his staff members IN FRONT of his patients (I can't even imagine how he must treat them behind the scenes!) and is so full of himself, I'm surprised his big ego is even able to fit through the exam room door! If I could give this man 0 stars, I would! Do yourself a favor and see a different Endodontist!

If I could give him a 0 I would. My son who was born premature and very afraid of needles was scheduled for a root canal this morning. He started crying and the dr said he does not do children only adults. Then asked my son if he was going to cooperate. He was crying and this dr was extremely rude. My husband said we are done, and pulled him out of there. I cant believe he even was recommended to us. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DR. Oh and he was late for the appointment and had zero empathy for the "lady that died" on the freeway. DISGUSTING!
