If you're trying to find physical therapy or a primary care to refer you to a physician this isn't the place. I've been referred to 2 locations that doesn't that my medical coverage. I've been waiting for months to get refer and accepted. Every time there's an issue, I try calling the location but I noticed all Epic care phone number isn't a direct call to the location but to a call center somewhere else. Customer service or the phone number/call center is the worse. The call center just leave messages for the location but don't actually do anything. I had an appointment for walk in the morning one day. But because I cant get my physical therapy for months, there wasn't much of a reason for me to go so I called the phone number listed on google. The representative couldn't connect me and gave me attitude. "Why are you calling when you're appointment is in person?" like BECAUSE I WANT TO LET THEM KNOW???? MAYBE I CAN JUST TALK TO MY PRIMARY CARE???? LIKE THATS WHY? replies with "ok we can leave a sticky note." translation, we will leave a message that wont get a replied.
Cannot say enough good about the staff and facility. VERY caring and efficient; excellent attention to detail; always have their bases covered and never let anything fall through the cracks. Refreshingly pleasant even under the most challenging circumstances. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
